Honestly didn't expect to recieve anything after reading the reviews. It did come, packaging was poor, but item was nice.

Another extremely disappointed customer it would seem... After my purchase did NOT arrive before Christmas, despite me paying extra for faster delivery, I started researching this company online and stumbled across the most discouraging Trustpilot reviews, to which I'll add mine. I feel like I have been scammed. Money taken, no goods have arrived, and a present short to someone this Christmas. I have tried emailing them so let's see if they come back to me. If they do and if they resolve this for me, I am happy to eat my words and update this review. I didn't even receive a confirmation email with an order number so I can't even attempt to track my delivery (albeit another person who has reviewed them reported that was a waste of time anyway as order couldn't be tracked). I feel it all looks legit but is deceptive and they might just be taking people's money. I will raise this as a dispute with my bank unless the company resolves it for me in the next few days. I will update this in due course...

3835 West 3rd Ave Denver Colorado. This business is registered with the State of Colorado as a Limited Liabilty Business since April 26,2022. This address is a residential home belonging to Ying Ma who is the only agent for ECOSUSSIINC/LLC. Jonissi email which is invalid they have a chat which they do not chat back. They REFUSE to cancel your order

Their products are from Shein
The exact same products they sell are on Shein.com. The toiletries bag is 7.5 € and the passport covers 3.5€. It´s not real leather and the quality is very poor. When I saw the poor quality of the product (especially the zipper) I knew something was off so I have searched by image for similar products. Don't be fooled - you can buy these 10 times cheaper.
