Honestly didn't expect to recieve anything after reading the reviews. It did come, packaging was poor, but item was nice.

I'm surprised by the reviews. Yes, delivery is a bit slow - usually about 2 weeks. But the quality is so good and reasonably priced, that I am about to place my third order. I have bought suspenders and travel bags with custom name embossing. Couldn't be happier.

Scam never received order purchased 2x. No email nothing. Scam Scam. Don't give them one dollar

Never received order and this was a Christmas gift for my son and husband. They keep telling me to check my mailbox when they clearly can track it and see that it’s not here.

I never got my order or refund have been emailing them. They keep stating cancel dispute to get money back. They are scammers

I ordered a Valentine present on 17th January. I have heard nothing from this company. I think it is a bogus company. 😕

Scam alert! I ordered a gift for my father for Christmas and it’s now February 1 and it has not arrived. I’ve emailed the company and I’m just getting the run around. They claimed it was delivered and signed for. However no one here signed for anything. And they eventually promised to resend it and still nothing. I should have checked reviews before ordering but I was so excited for monogrammed suspenders!!
Highly disappointed.

I ordered from them at the end of November and still have not received it. I have emailed with the company asking where my order is and they just keep saying it's on the way. They give me the tracking place, but it is in Chinese and you can't read it. This was a Christmas present!! I will not order from them again!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PIECE OF SHIT A COMPANY. I wish I would have read the reviews prior, these people are as dumb as a box of rocks and sent me the wrong order. I tried emailing them saying I got the wrong order, and they kept saying I see your order is wrong how can I help you. Then I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one. Then they offered to remake my order, I said great. Then they refused to make my order. So I received someone randoms design, couldn’t get a refund, and they refused to send me the product I originally ordered. Not to mention it takes 2/3 days for a single reply, not that it matters because the replies were completely useless anyways. Long story short, I’m out $60 for no reason at all and this company doesn’t give a shit. If I could give this place -5 stars I would in a heart beat

This company is bullshit! I ordered my product on dec 2 to ensure it would be here on time and I still haven’t received it and we are towards the end of Jan. I asked for a refund and they first told me they would put in for a new one but wanted me to pay shipping. I told them no, I just want a refund. They asked me three more times. Now they keep telling me it’s been “delivered” and sends the tracking information, that when I click on it, it shows it has NOT been delivered. I will never purchase from this company again, and neither should you. Total scam.

I didn’t receive my order! It says it was delivered to an address completely different from mine. I’ve written several emails with no reply. I’m assuming this is a bogus site!!!

I would rate a -0 is this was an option. I ordered three (3) toiletry bags. One for each of my sons. I placed my order on 12/5, I have yet to receive their Christmas gifts. I am very disappointed in this site. I have emailed them several times asking for refund. Nothing has been granted. They are saying it was delivered the USPS have no record. I will be reporting to the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

FALSE ADVERTISING & MISREPRESENTATION. The product is extremely cheap l& thin leather

They did not complete the Monogram & sent it out unfinished & it looks nothing like what it should. I respectfully requested a refund or a redo & they refused & made up an excuse that the color varies. UNTRUE - not one picture on their website looks like the monogram came out. After several emails 9f them offering a ridiculous amount, I advised I will dispute it with my credit card for a charge back.

Really cheap fake leather. My toiletry kit came in a thin bag that was flattened out so the already cheap material was permanently creased. I emailed customer service and all they did was offer a 10% discount on my next order, which will be never. Buyer beware

DO NOT BUY!! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. IF I could zero stars I would. I ordered something for my boyfriend for Christmas and it still has not arrived. I have sent several emails asking to cancel the order and refund my money. They said it shipped and the postal service is slow. I will be posting reviews on every social media they have and reporting them as well. This is not the way you do honest business.

DO NOT BUY! I ordered a few items end of October 2024. They were Christmas gifts and thought 2 months was enough time to order. They said my order shipped out about 10 days after ordering. I understood shipping would take longer since it was coming from a different country. Not tracking was updated since November 16th. Said it arrived in California. No updated tracking was sent. I waited a couple more weeks, nothing showed up. I emailed CS and they said package was detained by customs and they will ship a new order out right away. Waited another 2 weeks, no updates on new tracking information was sent. Emailed CS again, same exact message as before. Took another week and a half of back and forth emails with CS till they finally refunded me.

I ordered 2 bags for my son and boyfriend on Dec 16th and still have not received anything. I emailed them 3 times and the grammar was the clue that this must be a scam. I looked at some reviews before purchasing but decided to order because some of them were ok. I want a refund!

Scammed and someone without a Christmas gift. Emailed, no response. I put a claim in with paypal to see if I can get my money back. I just saw the reviews and am even more angry.
