I don’t know what’s happened to this company but I’ve never had a worse experience with a makeup brand. This was my third time ordering from them and I had no problems on my previous orders and loved the products. But now they’re lying about products being in stock in their new US warehouse and stop responding to emails the second I mentioned getting a partial refund for my shipping cost and then, days later when my order still hadn’t shipped and I hadn’t heard from them, requesting to cancel my order.

I find it very telling that my first email to customer service asking about when my order would ship, was responded to in less than 24hrs, but as soon as I pointed out it was unacceptable and asked for a shipping refund, they stopped responding. I’ve also attempted contacting them through Instagram and am being ignored there while they continue to post.

I ordered items from the Ozzy collection and I triple checked that nowhere on the site did it say they weren’t in stock at the US warehouse because I know the brand only shows things being on preorder/backorder in item descriptions. After my first email I was told they hadn’t received their shipment and were hoping it would be in that week or the next. Why are you selling products you don’t have in stock without telling people that? They charge a premium for shipping even with the new warehouse and claim on social media to have a 2 day processing time. I paid for 3-4 day shipping. It’s now been well over two weeks and my emails are going unanswered. Last Friday they sent out an email saying the collection was now in stock at the US warehouse (which they were already selling on the site over a week before with no mention of not having it in stock) and it still has not shipped and I haven’t heard back. I will never shop from them again and will be attempting a chargeback if I don’t hear back soon.

Edit: as expected customer service ignore me for weeks until my order finally shipped and was delivered so that they wouldn’t have to give me a refund.

I know for a fact they are ignoring emails for refunds and canceling as my first email (not a request for a refund) was answered within 24hrs and then my next email and subsequent ones were ignored. I contacted them through Instagram. They answered my first message and then ignored my next. They then responded to a comment I left and told me to DM them so they could help me with my order and then ignored me when I responded that I already had and was waiting for a response!

The products are still great just hope you never have to contact their customer service. I for one will not be shopping with them again.

La peor experiencia con una empresa que he recibido hasta ahora, compré la colección de ozzy completa lo que tiene un valor de más de 400 € hubo errores desde el minuto uno de comunicación con los clientes, su servicio de atención al cliente no me contestaba, en redes sociales, me dejaban en visto hasta que tuve que escribir en las publicaciones. Después de esto, la paleta de Ozzy me llegó con dos sombras rotas que está claro que fue a la hora de embalarlo cuando se les cayó y se le rompió, y aún así la metieron, porque por la forma en la que estaba embalado no debería de haberse roto después de mucho insistir, y otra vez tener que escribir en publicaciones para que me contesten su solución es que yo me gasté desde España un envío a Reino Unido y que luego me envíen ellos una paleta nueva desde Reino Unido con lo que supone gastos de aduana y de gestiones o me dan un vale de su tienda. Sinceramente después de esta experiencia poco quiero comprar en su tienda no me parece que una persona se gaste una cantidad de dinero tan elevada y se la trate así lo suyo sería enviar una paleta y más después de haber tenido esa mala experiencia de esa forma yo pensaría que es una empresa en la que puedo confiar si pasa cualquier cosa y seguir comprando, pero desde luego después de esto, no recomiendo a nadie comprar aquí. Por la mala atención al cliente porque te pueden llegar los productos en mal estado y te los puedes comer con patatas y lo peor de todo es que esto ha sido un regalo para una persona y ha salido mal por todos los lados por parte de la empresa

Products have great quality, they are worth the wait. The prolonged shipping cones from the fact that some products have to be restocked - it is written next to it, so don't be surprised.

I placed an order for $134 on Aug. 7th, 3-day shipping. Their customer support refuses to respond to me via email and all their social media platforms. It’s now Sept. 21st. I will never order from them again. If I don’t get a refund or a shipping confirmation this Friday I am reporting them to my bank to get my money back.

Dreadful service, extremely prolonged wait and delivery times. Poor quality products re shadows etc as get bad fallout. Ozzy case bought at later date is terrible quality, extremely disappointed with it. Honestly gutted how bad it actually is. I could have got a fabulous quality case with lit mirror for that price, instead I ended up with cheap tat. You can't predict thst even if a product says in stock when you order if you'll be randomly told after buying, say a week after making your purchase that your product(s) are now out of stock and randomly get sent a refund.
I wouldn't bother with trying them out unless you have money to burn/throw away.

Items do not arrive on time and customer service ignore emails! Would not recommend. They clearly have no consideration for their customers.

My Ozzmosis palette took longer than the stated two weeks to ship, but it was worth waiting for—beautiful shadows and such smooth glitters! Everything arrived in pristine condition. This palette is very close to the Vampyrism palette, and you definitely wouldn’t need both, but they do make nice companion palettes. If you’re trying to choose between the two, go for the Ozzmosis palette. The formula seems a little better.

Not received, attempted delivery, didn't even ring doorbell or knock, fuming!

Really happy. So glad I got my hands on the Ozzy collection! Gorgeous brushes. Everything is such good quality too.

Ozzy collection took a little while to arrive but I was told that when I ordered and was worth the wait.

I was so excited to receive my Ozzy collection. I have ordered from this company a few times I find the products fabulous. I have also just started to use the mascara its the best I have ever used and I have used a few.

I've had to re-write this 3 times so shortening it:

- Ordered 4th August, it is now the 26th August with no item arriving. Delivery listed 3-5 business days, but it has been 16 business days at the very least.

- Order was a singular lipstick that cost over £18, which is pretty extortionate, but I figured it's because it's from the Ozzy Osbourne collection.

- Customer support system is lacking. Only has an email you can contact, but judging by the other reviews on here, it looks like I'm not going to get a response. Looks like I've just thrown about £20 into the void.

- If you see this ad on Facebook, ignore and avoid! Go to Beauty Bay or something reliable to get your cosmetic goods. The alternative palettes may look tempting, but chances are you're not getting them!

Save your money!

I was surprised how quickly my product was delivered in Canada. What I didn’t like and was caught off by, was the duty charge. I’m so used to most places adding the duty with purchase. But that’s my only hang up. Other than that. I was impressed with delivery and how well the product was packed! We need someone in Canada to sell Jolie Beauty products!! ;)

I bought some items from the Ozzy collaboration which are gorgeous! The pallette is so lovely - I tried and loved colours I would not normally wear, the mascara was gorgeous and even smelt gorgeous, the make up bag is amazing but the MOST impressive was the lipstick - beautiful colour, excellent quality and long lasting... my new favourite!
Products took a while to get to me (which I expected due to selling out as soon as they launched) and I did contact customer services to chase up as I was going to a festival and had bought these for that... they arrived shortly after!
So, overall the products are gorgeous and I WILL be buying again and the customer services were exceptional - thank you!

Great quality products and the pigmentation on the eyeshadow pallets are amazing! The matt lipsticks last really well but avoid eating a lot of food as they can flake off. There was a slight delay with my last order however this was because they had released their Ozzy Osbourne collection and were understandably very busy, they said on the website that there would be a delay as well. Overall would recommend.

I ordered the Ozzy Osbourne metallic lipstick in shade Nightmare. There was a banner at the top of the website advising of delayed dispatch due to high demand which I expected. I think I waited just over a week for delivery which again due to the demand I expected. The product itself is amazing. Very highly pigmented and the only matte lipstick I have tried that hasn't completely dried my lips out. It wears so well and I only needed to top up some areas after eating and drinking, due to this, you need a decent cleanser to remove it! The metallic element was a bit more on the pink side than I would have liked but that is just my personal preference and doesn't put me off wearing. Will definitely be purchasing more products in the future!

Shipping is ridiculous. It took this company two weeks to ship my order, which exceeded $100. I get that small businesses experience delays, but making customers chase down their orders is inexcusable. On top of that, I was charged $13 for shipping, which, according to the U.S. rate breakdown on their site at the time, should have been around $3. I inquired about this and got no response, but conveniently, that rate breakdown is no longer on their site. (Archive.org clearly shows that there used to be a link to one , so I’m not imagining things.)
I’m hoping the palettes I ordered are at least decent, but it’s safe to say I won’t be shopping with this company again.

Edit: I received a reply regarding the shipping rates to the U.S. and all they did was confirm that they were there “in error” and have been taken down. No offer to reimburse me at all, despite the fact that my order was placed while they were still advertising these rates.

Edit #2: While I stand by my review above regarding this company’s poor customer service (I still haven’t gotten any satisfactory response about the shipping charges), I will say that now that I’ve received the two palettes that I purchased a month ago, they really are quite beautiful. Since I believe in a more holistic approach to online reviews, I bumped mine up one star. The Vampyrism palette is a stunning collection of reds, neutrals, golds, and olive tones, with a couple deep magentas and fuchsias thrown in for good measure. The Spellbound palette has the most stunning duochromes and multichromes I’ve ever seen in person. It was easy to create an ethereal, fairy-like look with this palette. Pigmentation is on point, and the shimmers and chromes are smooth as butter. The two pressed glitters in the Vampyrism palette I could live without, but I’ll use them as toppers over liquid lipstick for video/photoshoots. They’re too scratchy and chunky to use anywhere near my eyes. Maybe I’ll pull them through my brows or something and set them with clear brow gel.

So over all, my experience has been poor, but with a surprisingly decent outcome in terms of product. I wouldn’t order again because the hassle wasn’t worth my sanity, but the eyeshadow palettes themselves are real hits.

I have just received the smoke show palette and it’s gorgeous. I bought it mainly for the glitter shades and they are perfect. I paid for 1-2 days delivery and unfortunately it did take longer to arrive, but I now realise this is due to them being super busy at the moment with the Ozzy collection. I reached out to them and they were super helpful and refunded me the express shipping cost. Will be purchasing again for more gorgeous glitter eyeshadows!

Update: have had another palette and a highlight and they’re also perfect. Will be a repeat customer!!
