Ordered over 2 months ago. Never received my order and only response I get is a generic response. I am trying to cancel my order, but no response, so now having to dispute charges with bank.

I bought this last year and so far this product has been great. I bought this around May of last year and it did take awhile to arrive (6-7 weeks). That's fine, but I think the only thing I wish they did during that wait was to provide an update. I had to email them to see what was going. Not a huge deal in hindsight but it is pricey equipment so more assurance would have been appreciated. That's really the only reason I docked a star.

The product itself is awesome. It's very solid and it is fairly easy to put together. However, it does take awhile to break down. These bars use spring release buttons to keep the metal pipes connected (like the buttons on a tent or a pop-up canopy). These buttons can be very tough to press in. The toughest one to remove is the pull up bar since it's connected by two pipes. This makes it so if you're breaking it apart, you have to almost press these buttons in at the same time and pull it out.

Honestly though, this is not a huge enough issue for me. I don't need to break this down in less than 60 seconds or anything so if it takes a bit of time to breakdown it's not the end of the world.

If you have a hard time pressing down those release buttons, what I found worked recently was using a spent 9mm bullet casing. It just so happens it fits perfectly on the button and makes it SO much easier to push in.

Bottomline: If you need a full size pull up/dip station that can be stowed away, this works perfectly and is far beyond better than any other product that I can find.

Please be aware that this review is for the pull up station itself, not the experience of receiving it. Like those who left lower ratings, it took forever to receive, but once I did, I've enjoyed this unit. It is storable, but easy to put together. It's sturdy and tall enough for me (6ft 4in, 235lb man). My complaint is simply the wait time and lack of customer service. I hope that more orders will help them hire more people to help it grow because I like the product.

Excellent pull up bar. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to additional attachments for it to make it almost like a full cage workout equipment. The reason I am keeping it at 4 stars is that the customer service needs improvement and better updates in tracking your items.

The Fit! pull up and dip bar is perfect for in home calisthenics. The unit sets up very easily, and also stores very easily. I’m 57 years old and I use it every day. Great Product I highly recommend it.

Great product and very stable. I love the workouts with dips pull ups and chin ups. Also the push up handles are very good. My only suggestion would be to make this product a bit wider

Its minimalist design makes it a functional piece of furniture. We keep it assembled and in our front room, being this accessible the whole family, including our two young kids are on it all the time.

I've had the Fit! Home Gym for >4 months now and have enjoyed using it primarily for pull ups. It's true that shipping did take longer than expected and customer service response was inconsistent but friendly as others have mentioned, but I've enjoyed the equipment itself. I do have the added stability clamps, which are definitely worthwhile. The provided handle bar is slightly wider than I'd like, but overall, it fits well inside the home, takes up relatively minimal floor space, and has a clean aesthetic.

the FIT HOME gym is wonderful and strong to put inside my home, look nice decoration, I advise to do it too.

Like many have already said, it took over three months to get the home gym. All the updates were vague, like, "it should ship in about two weeks" but never just giving me a date. And the date was always pushed back. It took even longer, four to five months to get the add ons. I ordered in August, got the gym in late November and got the add ons the day before Christmas.
For the gym itself, I really like it except one thing. The pullup bar is really wide. It has made my training much slower on pull ups simply because my grip is non-existent on this bar. But the compactness, the dip bar, the platform, everything else is great.
The fit app is difficult for me to use, but that may be operator error. I work better on analog instructions. The videos and sound are often clunky to try to get through, but maybe I just don't have the patience. I will say, when I complained about not getting my gym, they gave me three months free of the app, so that was something?

So far its great, well worth the wait!
Since pull ups and dips etc are not for the procrastinator it's been an eye opener for someone who is already quite fit to soon realize that daily use is the only way to get the max out of the gym!!!

Excellent Calisthenics App from Simonster! After using it for two years, I can say it changed my body if not my life. But the support answered my first but not my second question. Suddenly the app does not work at all.
/Edit: Finally found the "childrenprotection" in the iphone needed to be removed to delete the app in order to reinstall. Aside from the lost progress, the app works now great again.

I placed an order for this product in August I still have not received it I get many automated responses when I ask about it and only a couple real human response saying that it’s on its way I’m waiting to hear if I can get a refund I believe his company is bogus

It's been three months after my order and no Fit Gym yet. Order at your own risk. But you have been warned. There is a reason they don't use their company name in ads.

I purchased the home gym 3 months ago and all I receive are updates on how much longer it will take to receive my order. So last week I let them know to cancel my order and refund. More automated responses, absolutely no customer service. At one point they offered to refund up to 100 dollars (at least that was some kind of response. So now I have to send 20 emails a day demanding a refund and cancel. Still no response. I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau tomorrow. Enough is enough. Avoid this "company" at all cost. I rated my experience 1 star because there is no lesser choice.

It's funny how the title says "No gym required", and in the presentation he mentions you don't need any equipment, but all the pics are with him either in a gym or with all sorts of bars installed.
I have two friends that have been doing this for years and they've subscribed outta curiosity and we were laughing over how such a scam this is, especially inside the program. Very loose, unorganised, user hating (not user friendly at all), and so on. It's funny while harmless, but you digging holes in ppls pockets for no reason. At least do the bear mininum. Top to bottom, from the bottom of my heart, a complete poorly organised scam. Yet, people still fall for it.

Oh it’s been a bad experience from the manager RAY spoke to him he doesn’t have no respect or professional response when I try to talk to him about the order placed for our shop we will never do business with them again

there's absolutely no support buttons or a way to reset passwords. I purchased this as a gift and intended to be able to give the recipients a password and use your name to login and almost a week later I'm still not able to log in. I had a very hard time finding a customer support email I'm still looking for a phone number. very disappointed and their app do not recommend wasting money on it.
