This is a great App/tool to use to help you understand how to workout your body. As a previously obese man, I can tell you going to the gym and not knowing what to do is defeating, but with Fit, I feel like I have a plan and can go to gym/stay home and have a fantastic workout.

I followed the 30 day handstand plan and I can now do one for the first time in my life at 40 years old.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have been trying to contact this company since Nov 27th and they will not respond to emails. The phone number provided will not work. I ordered my scale and still haven’t received it and now I’m getting ready to move.

Fit is an amazing training platform! Its diverse and tailored workouts, intuitive interface, and progress tracking made it incredibly enjoyable for me. I highly recommend it! 💪🏋️‍♀️
