My son did not enjoy the big box of sweets as we’re all very similar gummy ones ,he did like the freeze dried ones

Great selection of sweets at affordable prices

Pleased with my order - arrived in good time and well packaged. The only issue is the 2kg of jelly’s are wet, melted and sticky inside the bag - they are in date, but makes me wonder if they’ve been stored incorrectly.

Brought as Christmas presents, absolutely fab value and really lovely sweets

I order a mystery box, more than half were sour and 100% American. As there's options to buy American mystery boxes and just mystery boxes. I presumed I wouldn't get all American candy. The label on the box said "American" why advertise mystery boxes if they're all American boxes? I did order ac2kg bag of mixed jelly and I was pleased with those. But I wouldn't recommend the mystery box if you don't want sour or all American sweets. Just to add the American mystery boxes are dearer than a plain mystery box...figure that !....

Received a 2kg mega deal box full of sweets I’ve never seen in my life, including licorice which was not mentioned on website 🤮 the sweets look absolutely vile! Will not be recommending to anyone!

I received a 2KG supposed 'pick'n'mix'. It was a large sealed bag of 3 types of gums. They looked good (although was slightly disappointed that there was not more variety). Delivery was also quick. I opened them and tried them and one of the 3 enclosed sweets (shaped like a gummi 'chilli'), to discover it was a 'Chilli' flavoured sweet (disgusting). Very hot, burned my mouth and more or less made the entire bag minus those offense sweets about 300g in total!). Now, I am aware that taste is a personal thing, but I am ordering 'SWEETS', not 'blow you head off' Chilli flavoured candy. I emailed the company to be told that as they had been opened I could not return for a refund - I replied that 'how would I know there were chilli flavoured sweets in the bag until the bag had been opened?' as who expects to get chilli flavoured sweets in a pick'n'mix?
Not at all impressed and will not be using this company again.

Company have replied ..see below...but again I will say 'hoe would I know they were chilli flavoured gums until opened???'

also....pick n mix should be exactly that ..a mix....3 types of gums are not a pick n mix...they are a trio of gums!

I will say again......I will not be ordering again (and also, please stop sending me emails about your 'great sweets' trying to get me to order again). This has been a let down, and 'cannot refund after eaten' is a poor reply.

They are always pleasant and helpful from the minute you walk in the door till you walk back out.
Always have a different thing in when you go into the shop,if they don’t have something in that you like just ask anyone of the staff and they will try there best to get it for you.
And that wee angelic face and banter of Zac he never fails to make me laugh.

Items ordered and dispatched quickly all the way from beautiful Scotland to Sunny Plymouth. Sweets/chocolate were well packaged and arrived in good condition. Will definitely use this company again.

Best sweets ever. Lots of bargains too. Particularly love the pick n mix 1kg bags. Speedy delivery too

Although they do take a bit longer than other shops to dispatch, it's worth it for the choices and options. Customer service is also second to none, an error on my second order was sorted exceedingly fast with courtesy and a friendly manner. This is why I gave them 5 stars, everyone makes mistakes now and then!

First time order will not be ordering again firstly not impressed with mystery box as three quarters of it nut related, I don't mind nuts but I don't wasn't a box near enough full of them
Secondly I order 2x jaffa fudge and 2 x Maltese fudge instead I got 3 x Malteser and one jaffa, a note or email would of been nice. I wouldn't have minded do much if the Maltese fudge tasted like Maltese but there was no hint of Malteser at all at best I could describe it as plain fudge. Overall a most disappointing experience.
