Delivery was quick, sweets were exactly what I was looking for, very tasty.

Royal mail say they delivered sweets this afternoon and gave a photo. Not my house, and our CCTV shows no-one has been to.our door today, plus we've been in all day. The company agree that the sweets have not been delivered to my address. We spent an hour looking for a house that even remotely looked like the photo (GPS just gave an area) even though the company quoted an exact address from royal mail. We went there and it's nothing like the photo and the elderly man living there offered for us to look all around bless him

Company now say that we can't have a refund unless WE can prove that the sweets are ruined due to heat, should they turn up.....
They've agreed they've not been delivered to us but couldn't give a toss.
Sadly, their incompetent try your luck customer service have hit a stumbling block now.

I have awoken up this morning and I am checking my email and seeing what I have apparently ordered and then checking my emails again I don’t recognise half the stuff the only thing I recognise is the banoffee fudge because they have changed the recipe from condensed milk to vegetable fat and I find it so cloying and sticky in my mouth it literally coats my whole mouth and I have ordered it once more to check that it wasn’t a faulty batch but it is the same but because I have contested the fourth order they sent me my entire history and half of the stuff I have not received like Easter eggs and coconut mushrooms.. im like scratching my head and thinking that they are taking the p!ss because they have sent me 5 emails from the last two years with out time lines or dates asking me to check if I remember ordering them but I don’t know what I have and what I have not I just remembered that the cream and chocolate orange eggs I didn’t receive and the fourth lot of fudge I have not seen because I don’t have any time to check the recipe for a fourth time because i was definitely not going to order it after the third time.. very confused and appalled by the none service from their end its all well and good to send me all the orders cluttering up my inbox. Instead of the usual way of communicating with customers by asking questions.. Not pleased

I ordered sweets before the heat wave. They arrived 10 days later which is ridiculous. They arrived in 35 degree heat and what emerged fromthe package was an ooze of chocolate. Other food companies put cool packs and insulated packaging on their goods Giant Bradley. When I emailed, instead of saying yes its 35 degrees today and the sweets are not as described, I was asked to take photos so she could inform the directors. Look at the themometer !!! You have the contract with the delivery company not me. You packaged the sweets not me. The sweets were not as described thy were disgusting and went straight inthe bin I couldnt photgraph them thy were dripping on my floor, my hands and my clothes. Its hard enough to be able to afford a treat for my daughter at the moment. I was very disappointed but she was upset. so next time anyone orders from this company remember to photograph your sweets and check with the met office first !!!

Bought several flavours of the fudge after reading the great reviews - I was expecting proper fudge - this has a soft slimy texture, nothing like the fudge I was expecting.
The only exception is the liquorice fudge, that seems to have a better texture.
I passed some of the other varieties to a couple of friends and they thought it was awful too.
I even refrigerated it as weather warm but it was like solid grease in my mouth. Unfortunately it will be binned and will stick to the fudge I get locally.

Such a lovely little sweet shop! The selection is amazing, with everything from classic favourites to unique treats you don’t usually find elsewhere. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere feels really nostalgic. Definitely worth a visit if you’ve got a sweet tooth.

Sugar free fruit drops purchased when i recieved them i was shocked at the quality and fruity flavour which was incredible

On 21 November I placed an order for a number of packs of Jameson's Raspberry Ruffles, but have still not received them. The tracking system claims that my order has been 'stuck' in Sheffield (warehouse?) since 12.30pm on 27th November.
WHY has the delivery not moved forward for (at time of writing this) almost 72 hours (3 days)???

Where is my order???

⭐☆☆☆☆ Misleading product and dishonest refund explanation
The picture they use is of one product, but what they actually send is a cheap, nasty version that looks nothing like it. I returned my order in good faith and was told on the phone that the £10 deduction was because eBay charged them. However, their own refund notice clearly says it was because the item “wasn’t returned in its original condition” — which isn’t true, as the packaging was exactly as received.

To make things worse, I had to pay for the return postage myself, and they still deducted the cost of the return label and postage again from my refund — leaving me well out of pocket.

Completely misleading, poor quality product, and dishonest communication. I won’t be buying from this seller again and would warn others to avoid them.

This review isn’t inaccurate as they claim below 28.7.26. Those who know toffee crumble know the difference between the real stuff and this tatt

I placed an order 7 days ago. Ive received NO notification about dispatch. The subtotal was £52.80, postage was £5.99 - and I included a tip for £5.28. I wish I could take back the tip as i was hoping it would incentivise them to post it a bit faster - but it hasn't. I just hope I haven't been conned

Sent poor quality sweets instead of the ones pictured in the photo and then said the photo is for illustration purposes only. Will not order again.

The pick and mix comes in resealable packaging to stay fresh. Staff are friendly on the phone and helped me when I messed up an online order. Really love the range of products and we have been enjoying them a great deal.

I ordered 3 boxes of sweets, the shop sent this as 1 large order, the box I received was badly wrapped, i had 10 bags of sweets missing.

I love the choice of sweets. It’s nice that you can still buy the same seeets when I was younger.

Very good quick service with good quality sweets. The packaging is also good quality. Will defenatly use them again.
