Giant Bradley's Sweet Shop Bewertungen 

Placed an order on 27th March with this company for sugar free Werthers toffee . All five packets have 04/25 on them . I contacted the seller no reply to ask for a partial refund as they have short dates or to replace them . I have had no response! I will definitely not be buying from this company again !!

I was looking to order sweets from a London store and ended up shopping at Giant Bradley's webiste instead. I only realised where I ordered once I made the payment.
Great choice of sweets, loved my selection of parma violets and box of chocolate Coated banana sweets.
Great service and fast delivery.

The Hot Wheel eggs were a major disappointment, gving the impression they contained a toy, the only thing relevant to Hot Wheels was the packaging and the five eggs i purchased as stocking fillers contained a tiny crayon. My grand children were uoset.

RUBBISH, ORDERED 18TH DEC, NOT GOING TO COME UNTIL 27TH NOW, PAID £6 FOR POSTAGE, WHY NOT SEND BY DPD NEXT DAY YOU BRAINLESS CRETINS

Really slow delivery didn’t despatch until 3 days after order placed. Still haven’t received them, have missed the date when I can give them to my clients as Christmas presents. They will have to wait until after Christmas now. Embarrassing for me,

Ordered 24 packs of Haribo jelly babies singles as I have had difficulty in finding them. By ordering in bulk thought it would be VFM.
24 x 140g = 3360g for £30 + postage £5.99 = £35.99
The day before the jelly babies arrived I went to B&M and guess what.
Haribo jelly babies singles 160g @ £1.25.
24 x 160g = 3840g for £30 no postage cost.
Based on that i could have purchased a further 8 of Bradley’s bags so in future i will buy my sweets from B&M at 30% cheaper.
Sorry Giant Bradley’s I feel disappointed.

From the first time I ordered something from the sweetshop everything wqs perfect I can honestly only highly praise the company for their quick service and low prices I'm a delighted customer happy to return everytime from joun macleod

I am very disappointed with the order fulfilment this is my second order the first time was incorrect and they rectified there error but the second order was also incorrect .
But they expected me to return products at my cost and pay a further delivery cost to send me the correct products so unfortunately I won’t be giving this company a third chance .
I can get there product elsewhere shame

I have shopped with Giant Bradley’s a few times and I have never been disappointed. Their sweets are high quality and are just what I remember from my childhood and so many sweets to chose from. Customer service is great. Delivery extremely quick. I am always kept up to date of dispatch and delivery of my order. I cant recommend Giant Bradley's enough. I will be ordering again in the very near future.

I was looking for rainbow swirl lollies for cake toppers & came across Giant Bradley’s sweet shop online, everyone loved it😋

They sent out the incorrect item and when I emailed about it they replaced the sweets with a box of out of date ones dated 5 months ago! The sweets are cheap and were not what I expected. I did not receive a response. The replacement sweets were meant to be new stock that had arrived. Would not go back here again!

Fabulous products at a great price. We purchased a pick and mix sweet platter for our new year's eve celebrations (instead of desserts). Everyone loved it, particularly the fizzy peaches 😋

I ordered a box of chocolate covered nougat, the goods arrived in a speedy fashion and I got16 bars instead of 12 I am very pleased with this service and the bars themselves thank you

Bought 48 cans of Pepsi, which they told me were the old recipe with sugar, and clarified several times, that they were the old recipe
When I received them, they were the new recipe without sugar
Now I have 48 cans of Pepsi, that I hate, and it’s the companies fault, for sending me the wrong product
They have told me to return them. 48 cans of Pepsi !!!!
Not the lightest thing to take to the Post Office !!!

Most disgusted with the service, as I clarified several times, that the product was the one I wanted
