Misleading Sales Communication and Poor Resolution Process
I enrolled in Joanna Sapir's Profitable Practitioner Academy in January 2025 after a consultation call where the support structure was described ambiguously. During our sales conversation, she stated the program provided "one-on-one coaching in a group format" without clarifying that no individual sessions were available.
After participating in group calls and reviewing materials over several months, I realized the program structure didn't match my understanding from the enrollment discussion. I made multiple professional attempts to resolve this directly with Joanna, requesting a partial refund due to the communication discrepancy. She declined to address the issue or acknowledge any misunderstanding.
Her own sales call transcript demonstrates the ambiguous language that created my confusion, yet throughout the dispute process she maintained she had been completely clear about the program format.
The curriculum contains solid business strategies that may benefit practitioners comfortable with exclusively group-based learning. However, the sales communication and customer service response fell short of professional standards.
Prospective clients should ask very specific questions about individual support availability during consultations and get clear written confirmation of what's included before making financial commitments.
I invested $5,000 and attempted good-faith resolution through multiple channels before leaving this review. This documents my experience with the business practices rather than program content quality.
