JLo Beauty Customer Service is trained to NEVER TAKE NO as an answer
I have been a loyal customer since the inception of JLo Beauty in Dec. 2020 and have enjoyed regular monthly subscription of products since that time.
JLo Beauty does not send a notification reminder about an upcoming shipment, just sometimes notifications when it is already on the way. This has led to my having a lot of extra product even when going into my account and delaying the product (you would have to do this regularly without forgetting - life is too busy for that).
I called to cancel the subscriptions on 7/20/26 because was having trouble delaying the next shipment date when logged onto my account. I was told by the customer service rep I had two accounts. I told her I did not have two accounts. She wanted to cancel one of my accounts which confused me. I finally explained to her I had two separate subscriptions, not accounts.
She said I had been a member since 10/2025 (this is when I started an eye patch subscription, not my regular three piece subscription which started 12/2020).
The girl refused to accept that I wanted to cancel my subscriptions and kept repeating different offers to keep me as a customer. No matter what I said, she would just put me on hold, then come back and repeat offers. I finally gave in to an offer of 20% off all my future subscription shipments and canceled the eye patch subscription.
The next day, 7/21/26, I receive a voice message from someone identifying themselves as a JLo Beauty supervisor apologizing saying I did not qualify for the 20% off future shipments and it should have never been offered to me.
I called back on 7/21/26 and told them I wanted to cancel for good. The customer service rep continued to offer me 10% off because the last rep was not supposed to offer 20%. She too said I had been a member since 10/2025. I told her no, it has been since 12/2020. I told her I wanted to cancel and she kept telling me they could offer 10%. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she kept trying to say she already had spoken to one. After asking multiple times, I'm transfered to a female who identified herself as a supervisor. She said she was sorry about the rep who offered 20% and was requesting additional training for her. She said she should have checked before offering the 20% because I did not qualify. She offered 10% instead. I told her no, I just wanted to cancel and I did not appreciate being told my membership had been since 10/25 and that both front line representatives were extremely persistant in not accepting I wanted to cancel my subscription. She said the computer system had been changed over recently and it was showing the 2025 date.
The customer service is extrememly discourteous to long-time members requesting to cancel. I've enjoyed the product for years and am sad it ended like this.

I never signed up for a subscription…
I never signed up for a subscription and they started pulling money out of my account every month. Cannot reach an actual person to fix this. Product is nice, but the auto subscription needs to stop.

Thumbs down on Customer Service
I am actually going to cancel. You guys took unauthorized payments from my debit card & when I called to say no, they only refunded me $50 & it should have been for over $100.
Products are great! Customer Service was terrible & there was a communication gap with the CSR & they did NOT understand what I was saying or what had been done wrong.
