They never returned my item now I've got 500$ in payments owed for a item I didn't even want. Do not ever trust this place please. Had I known all I needed was 15 more dollars I woulda paid but they didn't tell me it was needed.

I’m sharing my personal experience with Jio Worldwide because I’d like to know if anyone else has faced a similar situation.

About three months ago, I arranged to have two boxes shipped from New York to Mumbai through the company.

The very next day, one of the boxes was returned to me badly damaged and in a tattered condition, while the second box went missing.

When I contacted the company, I was told there was a payment issue involving FedEx and that my other package was being held by FedEx because of the issue. I was also told that their FedEx account had been blocked due to outstanding payment-related problems.

Since then, I’ve had to repeatedly contact the company by phone and email, sometimes every week, to get updates. Each time, I’m told that they are working on the issue. However, three months later, I still haven’t received my missing package or a satisfactory resolution.

The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating.

I’m curious to know: Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Jio Worldwide, particularly with delayed or missing packages involving FedEx? If so, how was the issue eventually resolved?

I’m sharing this so others considering the service can do their own research and understand the potential risks and how carrier/payment issues are handled before shipping their belongings.

I was very much pleased with the service provided by Jio Worldwide Shipping company. Krunal and his team in USA and Afrin and his team in India were very professional. All my boxes were picked up on time at my home location in USA and were delivered on time at my home location in India.

I highly recommend this company for their professional service.

The most important for me that they informed me about the process, asked for schedule, and delivered on time. People are helpful and smiling when they do their job.

We arranged a relocation to Italy consisting of a 40' container from Los Angeles to Naples. The packing service was very efficient. The arrival in Naples was also seamless, with customs clearing quickly. The only disadvantage worth mentioning is delays in the delivery timeframe. The vessel changed 3 times over the course of the journey, resulting in several weeks of delay. Nevertheless, the service was good, efficient and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this company to others.

With regards to my move from USA to India, I had a few boxes to be shipped to India. I worked with someone named 'Kshitiz' from JioWorldwide to ship my packages. Everything went fine until my boxes were picked up in USA and I paid the whole amount. After I paid the full fee, I'm trying to find the status of the shipment to India, but I'm not getting any responses from JioWW. I'm a bit anxious now. Leaving this review so that I'd get a response from any of the authorized person from JioWW. Thanks.

Update: I got a response immediately after I posted this review in TP. Appreciate JioWW for their response.

As of June 19th 2026, my shipment is in transit, expected to reach India by mid July 2026.
