The packaging is very impressive and the shipment came with a Certification of Authenticity, as well as a thorough Supplement Facts pamphlet. It’s too early to tell all the benefits. But I do notice, they do not upset my stomach when taken with or without food. I am taking them at lunch time vs with breakfast. I am not a breakfast person and lunch time fits my schedule better.
