I had ordered few things by prepaying. As it was taking them forever to ever process my order I cancelled it and they never happen to refund my money but the app shows that it has been refunded. When I try to reach the helpline there are only bots which doesn't solve my problem at all. I wasn't expecting such scam from this mart,no wonder they're so rich because they steal money like this from everyone. So irresponsible, stop looting the poor people. Just give my money back

I ordered a specific product and got something else from different brand too.
I ordered a specific product, but instead I received something completely different and even from another brand. When I tried to return it, the company refused to help and kept insisting that I return the product I originally ordered which I never received in the first place. Instead of fixing their mistake, they put the blame and burden on me, which was extremely frustrating and stressful. This kind of treatment feels like harassment toward a genuine customer who simply wanted what they paid for. This experience has been disappointing, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable.

They are not refunding money in prepaid orders. The unavailability is shown after the money paid. No customer service only recorded message you get.
People won't notice these
There system and employe management is worst when we make and order form jiomart quick they will say some products are unavailable but the product still shows in the app the worst part is that the unavailability is informed after placing the order if you made a prepaid they will say after preparing the order or if you choose COD they will inform the unavailable during the delivery which both doesn't give and option to add an alternative product to our order . And these bad system being misused by the delivery boys they will intentionally say the things are not available that they feel important or exclusive to jiomart that we make an another order but i ordered the same product again that same moment and another delivery agent showed up with the exact products i wouldn't doubt this if there where many stores in my location but there is only one store . And i don't know if jiomart is intentionally doing or supporting this because we want to make orders from the brand that they promote or because we want to make more orders . Is jiomart being manipulative or the delivery boys if jiomart seeing this this doesn't increase your sales this will destroy your reputation and decrease the sales

JioMart delivered substandard items
I ordered an item with MRP Rs. 999, and JioMart delivered substandard items of the same brand with MRP Rs. 699. I raised a complaint but their reply is that both are cashews. JioMart's unprofessional employees don't even know that there are different qualities of cashews. I regret ordering from JioMart and will never come back.

I have had very bad experience with the jiomart app multiple times.
many times they send the wrong order or incomplete order.
Inspite of multiple calls and complaints the issue is never resolved.
after the while they will start saying that the window for refund or replacement is over. Even when the delay is from their side.

It used to be good but it's totally unreliable now. Order show under process for days and eventually Cancelled.Chatbot keeps showing the same Complaint Number and shows expediting the Order, that's eventually Cancelled. There's no tier 2 escalation available.Customer Service team repeats the same Chatbot lingo, with no additional information on your Order, what's the point of appointing a human agent, when they're unaware of anything further than what Chatbot knows

Had ordered on jiomart app on 6th Dec at 5.30 p.m...waited for long but my ordered was not delivered...no option to speak to the customer care staff after 8 p.m...next day morning when we spoke to them, we were told that our order was not yet confirmed and told us to cancel the order (we had already made the payment on Saturday)...this is pathetic...absolutely waste of time .
