Very worst delivery system if people depends his delivery time commitment not to worth spoil own time.next time or future am not recommend to any one to use quick delivery option Jio mart app even useless app. Start to till now no any improvement. Very worst.

Worst experience ever but they are making good money stealing the items from ordered item not giving bill and now a shipment to be delivered on 12th July is out for delivery customer care said it will deliver yesterday fruits and vegetables are not fresh and the quantity is also they give less for fruits vegetables delivery god should save us for ordering here.

The worst online delivery service ever experienced. Order placed n waiting for more than 6 hours, n received a call it's not been received in the store. Really disgusting, n cancellation is not possible, n you have to wait more than a week for cash back, second time experience

Worst worst . I ordered a pack of biscuits which was showing , delivery in 20 mins but till 12 hrs it is not delivered . It happened many times. Very disappointing

Customer service has become extremely poor lately. Their app is also very slow and is frequently plagued with technical issues.
I received spoiled cabbage and a tasteless watermelon. On the very same day I received the delivery, I contacted customer service. They told me to upload images through the chat window. However, the required menu option was not available in the chat. So I called them again, and they said the technical issue had to be resolved first, after which I could upload the images.
I checked again after 2–3 days, but the menu was still unavailable. I called customer service once more. After another 2–3 days, I checked again, and the menu was still missing. Because of this ongoing technical problem, the deadline for submitting my complaint expired.
When the image upload option finally became available, I immediately uploaded the images and explained the entire issue in detail. However, customer service refused to register my complaint, saying that the complaint submission period had already expired. Despite explaining that the delay was caused by problems with their own app, I was denied a refund. To make matters worse, the customer service representative spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner over the phone.
In short, I was refused a refund simply because I couldn't upload the images within the specified time—due entirely to technical issues with their app.
Because of this experience, I would advise people to think twice before shopping with Jio in the future. The new app and the new customer service deserve a 0-star rating from me.
Until around 3–4 February, their customer service was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the quality has declined drastically since then.

I ordered bread packet and found that packet was already torned and it seems it having a mouse bite , and they don't give any bill with my order than I downloaded it and return to the jio mart the packets, last month I ordered toilet brush they give me washing brush , there is no awareness among the services, I am very disappointed

Worst Experience. ordered items on 13th june, still not delivered it is more than 10 days, no support, no update. Very bad service and there is little to no customer support. Trying to cancel the order we are not able to do that too. Just stuck, amount has been deducted, order is not delivered and unable to cancel. One of the worst experiences.

Very bad service. Missing items and take payment of missed items. When asking about the issue the delivery partner assure to deliver the item. But no response after that. Don't trust this site.Chat assistance also tell will deliver the items. But no updates/message after that

Ordered on 17 th June 26 in quick delivery at 3 pm . App shows delivery time of 4.35 pm . It wasn’t delivered neither any message from JioMart about what is happening to the order . No direct contact with customer care available or possible. Today after raising a complaint on chat box I went and saw on the app it shows the order cancelled as the products are not available . Pathetic ! This has been repaeatedly happening and with no remorse from the management . The company is doomed ! Take it from me ! A company which cares least for its customers can’t survive in today’s market !

Terrible service and unfulfilled delivery commitments!
I am extremely disappointed with JioMart's service. I placed an order which was guaranteed to be delivered by June 8th. Today is June 16th, and I still have not received my product. A delay of over a week without proper communication or resolution is completely unacceptable. This is an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience as a customer. This issue needs to be addressed immediately by their management. I really do not recommend shopping here if you expect reliable delivery.

I had ordered items on jiomart on 13 Jun 2026. But till I have not received my items. I called customer support 1800 890 1222 four times since yesterday and I get a standard answer 'Don't worry madam your order will be delivered as soon as possible'.

I am neither getting my items nor able to cancel the order. I had placed the order for groceries and vegetables which were needed urgently hence I had ordered through the so called 'quick' option. Since didn't get the items I have managed to buy them through alternate source. So kindly cancel the order and refund my money. Unlike other similar apps your jiomart is not returning the items if not delivered. I don't understand the purpose. If you confirm that you cannot refund the money. I will think that I have paid towards charity. Now I understand how some people are making money and becoming big shots

This is the very bad online service! Today I order 1. Icecream & some colddrink order came already my location but they not stand 2 min he jst came and once calling me and he is leave directly cancel my order! But I already pay online.

Jiomart’s home delivery is a joke.
They call it Quick and update a 20-30 mine ETD and goods are not delivered for hours.
I escalated twice before and finally my orders were delivered after a 5-6 hour delay.
My last order was placed on Jun 10th with an ETD 4:05 PM. It is now past 11:45 PM and still no sign of my order despite several escalations.
Customer support has been unreachable.
The delivery is equally horrible. All items are just dumped into a blue garbage bag kind of plastic and delivered in really bad condition.
Another issue I encountered is that items are listed with a higher price on the app while the delivered items have a lower printed MRP.
Reliance really needs to up its home delivery game or just stop it altogether if they are unable to manage it.
