jiomart sells expired products and weight of vegetables are less. When you file complaint they a few times actually refund but I observed that they just send email that issue is resolved but they don't refund money. It is a scam. I used to assume that they must have refunded but actually sometimes only it happened. It is a scam of just writing and completing the complaint resolved without refund.
Another type of scam is writing that delivery is free and then asking to complete rs 100 for free delivery.

I’ve been regularly ordering Amul milk (3 pouches at a time), but unfortunately, the milk often turns sour (fat gaya/sooj gaya) soon after delivery. This is not just a one-time issue — it has happened 4 to 5 times now.
What's more frustrating is that the expiry date is still valid, so it's definitely not expired milk. I don’t know why it’s happening, but it continues to be a problem.
As a regular customer, this is very disappointing. It leads to wastage of money and inconvenience, especially when you depend on it for daily use. I request the team to look into the cold chain and quality control during delivery. This kind of experience should not happen repeatedly.

Cheating customers
They are cheating customers. Sending wrong items deliberately and then not listening to complaints. Even mail I’d given on invoice is no longer functional. I ordered for Good life green raisin but u received packet with a clear mention of yellow raisins. When i raised the complaint they are repeatedly closing complaint showing resolved while neither the replacement given not they have refunded the amount

voucher and that the remaining
balance would be lost. This violates
consumer rights under Section 2(47)
of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
for "unfair trade practices.

I ordered from JioMart expecting quick delivery as promised, but the experience was far from that. My order was delayed without any proper update or explanation. The app showed one delivery date, but the package arrived much later. This is not the level of service I expected from a major brand like Jio. If fast delivery is important to you, I would recommend looking at other options like Blinkit . Very disappointed and unlikely to order again unless things improve.
unreliable fake company
I ordered a few products yesterday. I got a text message saying I will get the delivery a day later. However, when I opened the Jiomart page, the delivery was shipped at 11.03 pm and was returned a minute later by me!!! It is absolutely impossible to do that unless you ship the products from next door. Jio mart is a fraud, an unreliable setup and a company without any principles or scruples!!! This is my 2nd or 3rd bad experience. I will not order from them from now on.

No detailed descriptions about the return status and order status. Customers can't get what is actually going and what happened with their product when they make return. Status shows delivered while the product has been already returned.

I ordered 7 Nandini GoodLife milk packets from JioMart on 27/05/2025 (Order ID: 17483256070145149A). Out of these, 3 were damaged and leaking, and 2 were sticky, smelly, and looked old. The milk had turned into curd and smelled horrible. Customer care agent Amna Naseem (ID: 680198405) was rude, denied my issue, and ended the chat while I was still responding.
I demand an immediate refund and action against the staff. Very bad experience.

The worst service first they don't deliver on the said time and when they delivered the product, product is almost less in quantity and when we complaint they say complain has been registered and when we call again for the issue they will say that you have not registered the complaint before so our window has been closed for the complained so we can't do anything and if your order is not available they will not refund the full amount my order has been cancelled which was of 20rs and they have refunded only 2rs and for 2.50 they have refunded0.01 rs what is this you can't deliver on time atleast refund the full amount fraudster.and they don't refund on the account instead refund on jiowallet which is miserable we can use that money at any store and we have utilise that money from app only and they will again do the same thing harrasment to the customer.
Customer service is also worst they don't listen your complaint properly.
jiomart is a fraud website
jiomart is a fraud website. They promise you a delivery date and do not adhere to it, unlike amazon - jiomart has no transparency on where the order is or when will it get delivered. There is no cancellation option as well. I ordered good worth 40K and they have no idea where they are. Worst is their customer service, never expect them to help you with anything - they just know 2-3 lines in english and they'll keep repeating it. They are not build to help rather just make you believe you are talking to customer care of Jio, they are a third party service who has no connection with Jio. They are a scam.
