Came to Scott expecting a plan… turns out I got a strategist, coach, and part-time accountability machine.
One month in and two things are already clear:
1. I’m actually enjoying the process (suspicious)
2. It’s working (less suspicious, more impressive)
Scott’s setup is properly dialled in — tech, data, structured plans — but without making you feel like you’ve signed up to a science experiment. You get the “why” behind everything, which means you actually buy into it rather than just going through the motions.
What makes the difference though is how he works. It’s not “here’s your plan, crack on” — it’s proper co-piloting. We solve problems together, adjust in real time, and keep momentum without overcomplicating things.
The balance is spot on: structured when needed, informal when it helps, and always focused. Weekly rhythm + Zoom sessions + quick check-ins = no hiding, but also no pressure cooker vibes.
And importantly — he’s a good bloke. Easy to talk to, keeps it light, but doesn’t let you drift.
Net result: I’m doing more, understanding more, and weirdly… enjoying it more.
Would highly recommend if you want something that actually works and doesn’t feel like a grind.

Let me also say- in today's world, there are a lot of fitness gurus present on social media who advertise that they can guarantee certain results in a specific length of time. That's not Scott; Scott is honest, forthright and is willing to provide the tools and wisdom needed to be successful in your individual goals, but you have to put in the work to make the goals happen. Scott is not afraid to hold his clients accountable and pays great attention to the intricate details of your progress. He's truly worth reaching out to for help with your fitness goals.

Life is challenging in all its aspects. On top of that you have to eat right and exercise your way through it. How do you manage?
For me that was a struggle. Periods of starvation, manic running and diets and still I did not achiev what I was striving for.

I have been working with Scott for the last month I am a doctor that works shifts I have to say is one of the most approachable and caring out there answers all my questions and I have loads :-) he has knowledge of the science behind the nutritional needs and work outs are nut just numbers and exercises for me with my erratic program is a match!
My review after one month
He knows what he’s talking about and he’s very good at it. Even though this is virtual, I think I get more instruction and guidance than I would with an in person trainer. He’s got a wonderful personality and response very quickly. I have already recommended him to my husband and would recommend him to anybody without reservation. You would be lucky to have him as your trainer.

I’m about 6 weeks into this program and I’m already seeing habits form and I am feeling so good. Scott and Ali know how to motivate and hold you accountable, without being pushy/obnoxious. My life has turned around in the best way
I’ve tried (with little success) to try to lose weight on my own for years and years, all because I didn’t have a plan, goals or the right guidance. Then I started working with Scott and Ali and in just 2 months I was already seeing significant results (and so did everyone I knew)
I can’t thank Scott & Ali enough for helping me transform my body to something that I can be proud of. I really would’ve been lost without them, they showed me what I needed to do and change, helped me look for solutions to better reach my goals and the best part is that I could do almost all of it on my time. My schedule is so busy between my restaurant job, taking care of family members, etc. but working with Jet Set Trainer helped me lose weight on my terms with little sacrifice in terms of food and exercise time. In fact, the program I was following even made me wanna do more and I eventually ran in my first (sorta) marathon.
Once again, I’m more than grateful to Scott and Ali for their guidance. Thanks to them and my new habits I went from 228lbs to about 187lbs in just 6 months, and I’m not even done yet!
Gaining a Big butt and eating what I like 😁
Ali and Scott were very attentive and very helpful throughout my entire journey with them, I woke in construction so my time is very limited but despite that they were able to give me workouts that I was able to fit into my schedule and still get the results I wanted. I was also able to have a completely different mindset after joining which has allowed me to eat things I like again without feeling like I’m losing my gains, it’s thanks to Ali and Scott that I have eat a brownie and still have a thin curvy waist and a big butt to show off hehe 🥰

Amazing Program
I have done a few programs with different people, however, Jetsettrainer program has been the best one I have ever done. I’ve learnt to keep up with food intakes, water intakes, confidence boost, better body mass, the whole works. I appreciate Scott and Ali for being there to help out whenever they can. I can’t thank them enough and I really do recommend the program for anyone who needs just a little nudge to do something, to reach a goal they never knew they needed to do, but got it done.
Hawaii Body Ready
Scott and Ali have been amazing at creating a program to get me back into the gym, change my eating habits, and really build an understanding of the things I eat. 6 Months ago I had a body that I no longer recognized after a year of neglect to it. With their help, I got my eating back on track, got my body moving again, and gained confidence and knowledge in the gym that I never had. My goal was to lose the love handles and flatten the stomach for a trip to Hawaii - and I was able to do just that with their help!

I’ve been working with Scott for four months now, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the progress I’ve made.
