John was excellent on both his visits to our flat. Respectful, friendly and efficient. Replaced both our showers and got us hot water again in 30 mins. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Douglas came out to assess and replace the combi boiler at my flat after the heat exchanger blew on our old boiler, leaving us without any heating or hot water. This was on a thursday evening and Douglas managed to move his schedule about to attend the following Monday on an all day install. The work quality was top class, with Douglas and his staff quiet respectful and very clean and tidy, allowing me to work from home the whole Monday with only a tiny interruption when he was doing the electrics. We went for the 10 year warranty and Douglas helped us set this up very easily, all in all a very positive experience!

Just moved to a new area and JDS Gas Services were recommended on a local Facebook page - well right from the off communication was first class, replied very quickly and fitted me in within a couple of days .. Ryan arrived bang on time, serviced the boiler, bled a few radiators that weren’t heating up and gave me some advice on a carbon dioxide alarm that should have been fitted beside the boiler, he was able to fit it there and then for me, polite, helpful and will be using them for all my boiler/heating needs in the future …

I had a plumbing problem at my flat and JDS services are the one working for my letting agency. As soon as my letting agency contacted them, a JDS plumber called me right away and came in the next hour to fix my kitchen sink.

Had a burst pipe connection late Tuesday night and messaged Dougie at 9:30pm. 12 hours later he was over and fixed the pipe without any drama whatsoever. Quick to respond out of hours and quick to come out to resolve. 11/10 😉

The hot tap on our bath had suddenly stopped operating, making bath time with a 3 & 4 year old impossible. I contacted JDS Gas Service via facebook messenger. Though not an urgent job, the team replied almost immediately confirming a day and time to attend my property. The cost of the job was also agreed in advance. Ryan attended my property on time and completed the job promptly. Ryan briefly explained the work he carried out ensuring I was content prior to his departure. There is no mystery with these guys - transparent, straight talking and reliable, I would recommend to all. Keep up the good work.

Really happy with the company. Initially called them as our old boiler broke down completely. They gave us clear details of the work involved and the cost of the new boiler and options. They came the same day and installed the new boiler and changed our flue from the side wall to the roof as recommended, in a couple of days with no issues. Would highly recommend them for their efficiency and competency.

Another boiler service complete from JDS. Quick and painless to schedule and carry out. Engineer was courteous and polite throughout the visit, giving advice on the latest industry guidelines. Professional service and at a reasonable cost. Would recommend.

Excellent. Had a broken flusher, so gave a call and then sent a picture, where I was told the cost to fix and fit. Was here within the hour and fixed very quickly. Cannot recommend enough!

Today Ryan serviced my boiler, what an amazing engineer he is, definitely a credit to JDS Gas Services, a very polite well mannered man, arrived when he said he would, explained everything about my boiler & what work he was carrying out,
