Excellent service from JDS Gas Services. Old boiler had several issues and I needed a new one. From the friendly phone call with Jennifer to new boiler getting fitted a few days after, the whole process was smooth and stress free. Ally and Dougie did a fantastic job of fitting the new, modern boiler. Will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.

Great experience with this company. Had my carbon monoxide alarm go off in the middle of the night. They came the next day and did a very thorough check and reassured me at every step that the boiler was safe. (It was a faulty alarm) boiler was serviced and explained exactly what had been done. Would recommend and use again. Thankyou

Came home from holiday to a broken boiler. After phoning several companies who had no availability for days. JDS said they could fit me in between appointments that afternoon. Dougie and Ally where on site within a few hours of phoning.

Fixed the boiler, very quickly. Both were well presented and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything as the found it.

On leaving my house they noted that my outside drain was blocked and offered to fix that too, which they didn't have to. I am very thankfully for all their help.

For everything carried out I was expecting a very large bill but was pleasantly surprised at the modest amount charged.

Will definitely be using again, if I have issues and will be recommending to anyone requiring their services.

We used JDS last year to install a new boiler and received an excellent service. We recently used them again to remove a radiator and install a new verticle one. The service we received once again was excellent. Jennifer was fabulous arranging the appointments to accommodate other services we needed to use and Ryan did a great job sorting out the pipework and doing the installation!

Very reliable professional company for gas servicing and boiler installation. Have used for servicing in the past and recently they installed two new boilers. One as a Landlord and one personally. Also radiator flush. Tenants very happy with reduced energy bills and new efficient boiler and hot radiators. JDS discuss everything in advance and any problems found are explained and costed before works completed so there are no hidden costs. They always leave your home clean and tidy when finished. Highly recommend them.

JDS have recently fitted a new boiler and completed a power flush of the central heating system. The team were really helpful, I’m very happy with their service and will definitely be using JDS again.

I've been using JDS since moving house last year. They first came to service the boiler, fix a gas leak and a blocked drain. Since then they've hardly been away! They've replaced all the radiators, replumbed the kitchen and utility, installed a new toilet and, more recently, installed a new gas boiler. The gas boiler was a bit of an emergency, as the old one had failed. However, they were still on site in a couple of days with the new one, fitted it in a day and left everything clean and tidy - the scrap merchant came later to pick up the rubbish. I find all the team professional, knowledgeable and really helpful. They were recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

As always, reliable, trustworthy and friendly. Great value for money.

The guys as stated were very punctual on the day, the team all worked fantastically throughout the course of the time spent leaving an amazing job, absolutely immaculate finish and great service, kept us up to speed with how the install was going and finally upon completion spending time showing us how to operate both our new boiler and Hive, one very happy (and warm) family.... 5 🌟 for Dougie and the guys.

Amazing service. Woke up to no heating or hot water on the coldest morning of the year obviously!!! Texted JDS and by 8.36am an engineer was coming that day.

Ryan arrived by 11.30am absolute superstar; diagnosed the problem. Made a temp fix so we have heating and hot water and ordered parts for the permanent fix.

A brilliant experience and as a first time user of this company I would now never go past them. Fair and honest pricing too and great advice and knowledge around boiler servicing and replacement.

Great service from JDS - phoned in morning and they turned up in afternoon, diagnosed problem of seized fan quickly and had boiler back up and running soon after……

JDS recently carried out services to both mine and my mums boilers. Agreed cost and time slots prior to the day and the engineer arrived as expected. Services carried out and fixes described and costed, returned and repaired. Great plumber interacted well with my mum. Great service again JDS. 👏

Ryan came out to do our boiler service and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience, he was on time & got everything done no fuss. Ryan has helped before on an emergency visit to fix our radiators and had the exact same experience so very happy and wouldn’t go to any other company now I’ve found one I can trust that always delivers!
