Always well looked after and tyre needs met.

Each time I have been to Jax Tyres at Woolloongabba, Anthony and his team have been extremely helpful and courteous and have gone out of their way to make a stressful situation (i.e. having a flat tyre) easy and hassle free. They provide excellent service and value for money and I highly recommend them.

Took my Discovery to Thornleigh store for tyre repair.
It was done which is ok, but in the process 1 wheel nut was damaged.
Why is that my responsibility to replace the nut when these people damaged it.
Still charged me and told me it`s ok to drive with 4 nuts on and not 5 till its fixed. But no offer to replace what they stuffed.
Last time we came here they wanted to charge for a wheel alignment whether it was needed or not, bit of a joke.
Always looking to up sell some garbage to my wife when she goes in also..
Anyway not rushing back and won`t advise other to either..

Took my car (Peugeot 308, 2018) to Jaxx Tyres Preston for a log book service, new tyres, battery etc $1000 later. I was told the radiator has a hairline fracture. I was also told it is not covered under warranty by Mat "due to wear and tear". I took my car to an authorised Peugeot dealer who ran a test and said there is NO HAIRLINE fracture in the radiator. Not only did I waste half my day but it cost me another $80 for NOTHING.
I would have been up for $2,000 for a new radiator if I didn't contact Peugeot . How many vulnerable people get conned by thieves like this. I am absolutely disgusted.

Jax Bendigo. Sought to avoid redeeming legally binding service / mechanical voucher. Staff were rude, inept and amateurish. Avoid this franchise as there are much better (and professional) alternatives available.

A couple of weeks ago I had to go into the Jax Blacktown store to get a rear damaged tyre fixed up. Didnt know if it was possible to do or needed to get all new rear tyres. Then I spoke with Zach Lazaridis, he gave all the options possible, really understood the position I was in financially and helped out so much. I would not hesitate in recommending Zach and the Blacktown staff to anyone!

had a set of Hankook tyres fitted in March at Jax Frankston.

Townsville Store - Only go here if you want your car to go in for new tyres and to come out needing four new wheels due to damage done by the fitter. The car was just parked in the carpark for me to collect like nothing had happened. It's only the fact that there was grease all over the door handle that I stopped to have a look and found that ever single wheel had damage.

There was not a single apology and it took a week of me chasing them up to be given every excuse under the sun as to why they hadn't followed up with me. I stupidly offered to order a set of rims through the store to replace the rims and for them not to have to fork out the $990 dollar bill to rectify their handy work.

Get in to get the replacement wheels out on only for them to be in tin foil silver. Apparently they came in two colours (you know me being the customer I should have confirmed that) and when I stated that it was the black rims that I wanted that's when they wiped their hands of me.

There's no option of the original wheels being put back on the vehicle and them taking back what I never wanted in the first place as a fix for the damaged that they caused!

I would not recommend this organisation to my worst of enemies!!

I left my car at 10:00 this morning and they told me that it will be ready at 12:00. At 12:00 they called me back telling me that they will need 1 hour and a half more that means my car will be ready at 1:30pm. AVOID THIS PLACE

Don’t take your car to Jax. My experience with Jax tyres Mackay has been plagued with problems. The first time 2+ years ago they damaged the rear panel reversing it out of the lot and didn’t advise me. I only noticed after I got it home and phoned them. They admitted was done by them but I have to wonder would they have called me eventually. At least they agreed to pay for panel works. Then august last year on my new Transporter I had to get 4 new tyres because of inside wear after only 22000km. There was no follow up regarding wheel alignment or rotation etc. which maybe I could live with. BUT I have just had 4 new tyres put on again because of inside wear and shredding after only 20000km and 6 months. Apparently the issue is worn lower control arm bushes which should have been picked up 6 months ago when the car went on the hoist and had a wheel alignment done with the new tyres. Not happy now on my 3rd set of tyres in 43000km. A bit of care and time taken to find the issue would have been appreciated. Won’t be back and would never recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely rip off merchants, asked for a quote on a front end rubber to be replaced and 2 front tyres, got a phonecall from them saying that they cant get just the rubbers and have to replace the whole control arms, $899 and the cheapest tyres were $240 as nothing else was available. I said wait, he then rang me back and miraculously found tyres for 138 ea. I decided to make a few phone calls, easily found the rubbers. I asked them how much just to fit (1hr job max) was quoted $540. Said no thanks, went to pick up my car and they had no idea where it was parked, ended up being 2 STREETS AWAY. JUST TRIED TO RIP ME OFF ANY WAY THEY COULD. Got the job booked and both tyres for $380 elsewhere... a WHOPPING $1000 difference. shop elsewhere.

Called this morning for tyre quotes and spoke to Zachary Lazaridis ..... he very kindly corrected my mistakes about tyre brands and online specials and offered me whatever was quoted on the website, hence showing excellent knowledge of products on offer !! I then proceeded to book four tyres with his offer plus wheel alignment and he even offered to do it the same day .... I then ended up at 41 Forge Street, Blacktown and he welcomed me with my name which was great . He then did all the paperwork and within minutes my car was taken in and after 40 minutes I was a happy customer!!

I must say Zach was the most efficient, friendly and knowledgeable sales person I’ve come across in a long time and I’d be more than happy to go back to Jax Tyres Blacktown and particularly seek Zach everytime plus will always refer family and friends to go to him .....

In summary I’d say Jax Tyres Blacktown has an almighty asset in Zach and to Zach directly “ well done mate “

I did a review back on 13 September
Regarding the broken spare wheel winder on my Range Rover
Which was done while trying to Re install the spare wheel
I received a reply back on the 28 of September which stated that jax would source a new spare wheel winch and install it
After a few weeks of hearing nothing I called Jax Aspley and spoke with the Franchise owner
Who’s said that they would get back to me once they had sourced the wheel winch
And I passed on the phone number of the supplier
For a new wheel winch
It is now 22 of January and still no further contact from Jax regarding the spare wheel wheel winch
also no wheel alignment booked in for the new tyres this is now 5 months
I have now purchased a new spare wheel winch and will be installing it
I would appreciate being reimbursed my cost
$275.00 which I have the receipt
and also have the alignment and wheel balance and rotation done
Please get back to me ASAP not in 6 months

Couldn't balance tyres if there life depended on it. Had to come back on several occassions after buying tyres to get the balance checked.

We recently had an issue with a tyre on a trip from Ballina after a fellow motorist had indicated we had a problem with the tyre on our caravan. We called into Jax Tyres at Logan and were immediately attended to by a very helpful young man. He quickly changed the offending tyre which was very irregularly worn on one side. When we went in to pay for the tyre change we were told it was no charge, which was a wonderful gesture by this business. Thank you so much to all at Jax Tyres Logan.

I rang Jax Aspley to book my car in to have my tyres check and they were so accommodating. Discussed prices and my concerns.
When I arrived they took my car in immediately and I was able to continue working in their waiting area.
When completed what was going on with the tyres was explained and again my questions were answered. The price was excellent and the car running so much better. Thank you to Aspley JAX

Called into Jax Tyres Bayswater after a phone call to the Manager. Even though my visit was at lunch time, my flat tyre was repaired and refitted immediately without any hassle. Always happy with Jax Bayswater, helpful service with a smile.

I took my car to Jax tyres in Preston for a MAJOR service guess what they did they did minor service didn’t reset the tyre symbol or the service symbol they put 2 different kinds of oil in my car they charge me for major service they put injected cleaner in a diesel car and now the car is making so much noise funny noises they didn’t put the battery properly and the car stoped in the busy road and I had to take it to the dealer to get it fixed the dealer told me that the electrical inside the car is fried told Jax in Preston they refusing to do anything not answering my calls or messages Jax Preston send me one email after so many messages and unanswered phone calls saying that there insurance will take care of it but when I spoke to the insurance THEY told me THAT the WRONG service and charging for major service When they only did minor service putting 2 different kinds of oil the insurance doesn’t deal with these so Jax Tyres Preston what have you done to fix this problem so far nothing my car is making so much noise now Jax Tyres Preston I had no issues with my car before I had the service

I bought tyres 3 months ago continental brand, which the staff told me the best brand, when I went today for 3 months check up, Jason the staff member told me one of the tyre need replacing, but it is Not covered under warranty As tyre only drive 25000 km only , they told me that these tyres are very good one that’s why I put that tyres, after that Jason told me to go and he cannot change the tyres and talking very rudely with me . I had very bad experience with him. I will never go there again.
