Before I read any reviews I orderd a coffee maker.. 4 weeks later and constant chasing I'm still waiting.. Nothing should take that long now to arrive unless its a car! I've now asked for a refund but I expect to wait for that too.. Be careful and shop around *** update as of 12 May 2021 I'm still waiting for my refund as predicted ***

I bought the 6 cup stovetop coffee brewer in black.
I’m very happy with my purchase, it is exactly what I was hoping for. It is very well made and easy to clean, with no spillages of coffee or water thus far.
Delivery was on time, very satisfied customer.

I ordered a coffee machine from Java Hub worth £540. Their website stated that the item was in stock. One month later it has not arrived to me. Java Hub stopped responding to my queries and they've been reluctant since I asked for a refund. They have not refunded me anything. It looks like they are scammers, I warn you before you loose your money. Awful communication, no one picks up the phone - there is just a pre-recorded message on an automated line. I am going to take legal action against them.

Javahub owe me £345.00!
I ordered a grinder from them, which according to there website was in stock.
Didn’t hear anything about dispatch. So emailed them. Turns out guy in warehouse was swamped and running behind. Waited a week, still nothing, emailed again. Grinder wasn’t in stock, on order from supplier in Italy, 1-2weeks lead time.
Cancelled my order, requested refund, 4 weeks later no refund!
Purchased grinder from other supplier and received next day.
No email communication for weeks, no one picks up the phone. Awful communication from the off, the fact that I had to chase them instead of being updated on my order.
Do not use these guys, there’s something really wrong going on with this company.

Quick and easy ordering with good update on where the order was out and delivered recorded postage and well packaged. Will be using java hub again.

I purchased a stagg fellow temp controlled kettle.
Fiver less than everywhere else I had seen it. Also one of the few retailers that had it in stock.
Communications were excellent and delivery was smooth from DPD. Delivered in 2 days in fact.

Purchased a moccamaster one cup, arrived 1 week later broken 😠 wouldn’t switch on. Java arranged a Pick up next day. Constantly had to chase this company, they don’t reply to emails etc.. was ment to get a email when they received the machine back etc... wouldn’t recommend at all. Utter shambles I’m awaiting a refund so I can buy from Amazon prime. Save your hard earned cash and spend els where.

So I ordered a £540 Sage Coffee Machine from Javahub at the start of March. After two weeks of waiting for it to be delivered (with no mention of a delay), I was eventually able to get a response where they confirmed that they didn't even have them in stock and didn't know when they would. I immediately requested a refund and started a 14 business day wait for it to come through. That date has now been and gone and they are not responding to my messages. They truly feel like a dysfunctional company - you can't even phone them! I would have thought business would be beyond booming for them with coffee shops being closed, but I get the impression my £540 is being desperately clung onto for cash flow purposes - which is really quite pathetic. The tone of their customer service (when you do eventually get through to someone) is ladened with Americanisms which literally no one asked for ('thanks for reaching out' and 'we're sorry it's come to this'), but ultimately they can't even keep to a basic service agreement or uphold consumer rights. It's simple - don't sell items which you don't have in stock and moreover if a customer requests a refund and you make them wait over two weeks(!), just do the right thing and repay them at the end of that period. Urgh...

I have ordered items from Java Hub. In what is a difficult time for any business, the team looked after me with difficulties with my order which was not down to the Java Hub. Low staff didn't stop a quick reply and it was handled really well and professionally. This is a difficult time for most companies due to low staffing at delivery firms. Get behind Java hub for some great products and great prices.

My purchase of coffee from Javahub was smooth and by the numbers. The delivery was prompt and I was kept up to date with its progress. Most importantly the standard of the coffee beans was excellent. I recently returned to purchase more. A very happy customer.
