The photographer is excellent, the quilt is not. It is a small sized quilt and the colors are printed on and very bright, but not like the picture. They do a very good job of making sure your quilt arrives after 30 days, so there is no return, refund. I will give it to my dog, maybe he will like it better.

Dear Hoshino
JAPCozy

I thought I ordered a king size Tree of Life TNT110410 quilt blanket. I received a king size Tree of Life P180409 quilt blanket.

I am very pleased with the quality of the quilt and would be happy to now order a californian king size Tree of Life TNT110410 quilt blanket.

Your designs are beautiful and I am very impressed with the quality of your quilts.

Please advise the cost of a californian king size Tree of Life TNT110410 quilt blanket with 25% discount.

Yours sincerely

Glenda Harris

I was surprised when I opened this little and light weight package when it supposed to be a quilt. I ordered from them through Instagram without reading any reviews. I wish I could have done that.
* It is not a quilt and wouldn’t qualify as a blanket due to its thinness.
* Handmade? Yeah, must be done by a hand operated machine.
* Vivid color shown on the website? No, it looks like it had been washed many times.
* Want to return? No one replied the emails at all. * Call customer service? Nowhere I could find any contact numbers.
* Return policy on their website? Yes, but no return address! If I chose to mail it to the address shown on the package, with so many warnings on their return policies, I would assume I would end up loosing the “quilt” Plus ten bucks for the shipping.
So they won my 💰 for a shopping lesson: Read reviews before placing any orders! No surprise now why they received so many bad reviews.

Very thin and the colors are not as vibrant as it shows when ordering. I ordered a queen size it definitely is not, just barely fits a full size bed.

The quilt is awesome (Chakras) but doesn't come close to being a queen or king. I ordered a king..
Otherwise it is really beautiful!

Not the quality that I expected. It is very thin and I wonder if the colors will fade when washed. Because of all the updates via email, I expected something that was sewn together, but it is one piece of material. Even with a discounted price, it was not worth the money

I loved the cat quilt. Just as described and I enjoyed getting "progress reports" as it was being put together. Hope to make other purchases in the future. Thank you! P. West

I love the quilts, although they should be advertised as Summer Quilts since they are so thin. Also the photos on the website make them look vibrant and they are actually pretty washed out and fuzzy. They look like they may have been silkscreens or something. Just be warned that they are no as brightly colored as they seem on the website.

Excellent communication and FAST shipping/arrival! We ordered 2 Celtic themed quilts. These are summer weight quilts which is what we were hoping for (we live in AL). We found no flaws at all. We truly like these quilts. We ordered CAL King and the size is perfect for our RV bed. One small suggestion: if making the King size..use larger/clearer prints for transfer. Tnx! We are very satisfied and will order more.

You were really good about keeping me informed about the quilt. BUT - I'm really disappointed in the quality. It is nothing at all like I was expecting. I ordered a King size and it is barely a Queen, the "Quilt" is basically 2 sheets stitched together, there is NO substance to it. I paid AU $116 ($69.95 US) Purchase detail
CELTIC ART P170405 - King

What a waste of money... I feel very ripped off and will not be ordering another product from you.

The quilt is very pretty and I really enjoyed being updated when each process was being made. My only problem with the quilt is it just barely fits my queen size bed. There is no amount of overhang. I think you need to adjust your sizes and make them a little larger. If I had known I would have ordered a king size so that there would be more overhang.

The blanket is nice but it didn’t come in as the size I ordered. The measurements listed online are off compared to the size I ordered and it doesn’t fit my bed. I would like to return it.

I ordered 2. I love them because are light wait perfect for the weather here in Hawaii. I was expected darker colors but I love them, they are bright . I am using them for couch cover great when you have dogs. I think I will order more❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nothing like the picture I saw on facebook. Not worth the money. Do not buy.

My quilt arrived two days ago, but I was sick with the flu and didn't fee! Up to walking to post box to get it. Got it this morning and I am so thrilled with it. Love the dog paw prints around the edges. Mine was a Dachund!!
It is what I would call a summer quilt, and just has a thin batting between the layers. The quilt is so much more than I expected. Love, love it.

I love this quilt! It arrived much sooner than I expected which was wonderful and what I really appreciated the most was how you guys kept me in the loop. Step by step I knew what was going on with my quilt. It was a little thinner than I expected but I am not complaining because it is beautiful!!
I think if you guys were to put cleaning/ washing directions with it so we don’t fade the beautiful colors that would be awesome.
I am just going to look it up on the internet.
Thank you very much.

I received my 3rd quilt now!! This one is the best yet I absolutely love it!! It looked just like the picture I am getting ready to order again! Lol

Quilt arrived in a little over 3 weeks with lost of excellent communication and tracking which I appreciated, but lots of other email contact as well that included additional offers etc.
Quilt was definitely "brighter" than I expected and a more juvenile appearance that I thought. It is a great "topper" and not to be confused with a thick substantial quilt. Although the stiching is quilted format, the material is all one big piece.
Generally pleased.
