Love it!!!! It has pride of place on my bed!!!

Hate it! Not what I thought it was going to be. Very disappointed. And customer service sucks. Save your money, time and heartache. Handmade... what a joke! It is not a quilt but a cheap blanket. False advertisement for sure. JAPCozy is not out of Japan it is from China. I got ripped off!

DON'T DO IT!
I ordered and paid for two quilts.
I have only received one quilt.
JAPCozy customer service will not respond to me to resolve my issue.
This basically means that I paid $170.00 for one California King quilt. It was DEFINITELY NOT worth that.
I would give the quilt I received a much better rating but Customer Service is important. If I could give Zero Stars I would.

Scam! Blurry printed image on a paper thin piece of material. Worth maybe $3.00. Don't waste your money.

Would like to leave a positive review, but I can't. I ordered a purple dachshund comforter and the big middle panel says " My heart belongs to a Siberian Husky. I've sent two email to warmax at customer service but not getting a reply. Very disappointed.

VERY NICE QUALITY SHOULD LAST A LIFE TIME! 5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I received my first quilt in good order. I have since ordered another two as they are very pretty. However, I feel the quilt is a little thin and could do with a thicker wadding. Also, I believed it was patchworked, but I found it is only a single piece of fabric with stitching to highlight the details. Though, I believe the discounted price I paid for the quilt and the postage are value for money.

The word quilt is incorrect as it's a comforter and a thin one at that. I'm glad i ordered the King as it just fits my queen bed yet I'd equate it to a double for the true size. I don't see how it can be claimed as being handmade and found the constant emails annoying so have unsubscribed from receiving them.
Whilst I like the design I won't be ordering another nor recommend to anyone.
I'm sure no response will be received from the owner in following up on what myself and other reviewers have taken the time to share.

I have never been so disappointed with an order as I was with not just one but both of the blankets I purchased; the fabric looked like it was printed with dot matric, not a good picture unless youre into dots, and the size.. I ordered queen, should have checked the dimensions of what you considered queen. I was so excited and planned to order many more, sure glad I didn't and certainly won't, I have to figure out what to do with these. I'd be embarrassed to give them as the gifts they we're intended. So, so, so disappointed

I ordered two cat quilts. Yes, they are light weight, they are not heavy comforter-style quilts (not all quilts, are!) and I did not expect or assume that they would actually be hand-sewn patches of material. For what I ordered, they arrived in great shape, as pictured and basically met my expectations. I am happy and probably will order another one. My 96 year old grandma just got hers and she flipped over it. Her happiness alone is worth it.

Purchased for my wife for mothers day, she loves it, what else to say. Although I did order the wrong size but it will do. Bed sizes confuse me. LOL

Very beautiful and worth the price would have paid a little more tho for a thicker, warmer quilt

The quilt is lighter than I expected but it is so beautiful I will be buying more in the future and I will definitely recommend it to others.

I just received my second quilt is terrible it's not even worth $20 threats are hanging everywhere such a poor quality I am so upset I want to just send it back doesn't look anything like on the picture

This is not a quilt, it is a photograph of a quilt, there is no batting, the stitching didn't even pretend to follow the piece lines in the photograph. The photo is so enlarged the graphics are fuzzy. I paid for a King size, it doesn't even cover a queen size. After a week of daily updates telling me how the people were crafting my quilt this was not a disappointment it was an insult. After expressing my disappointment I waited 5 days to see if they would refund or allow a return and guess what, only more sales emails. Save your money.

Very dissapointed in the products. It is not a quilt there is no batting in bewtween the layers. The back side is just solid grey the front is not hand sewn it is just a large piece of printed materialwith the pictures there is no seperation or borders as in a true quilt with sewing from a machine to make it look like a quilt . the pictures they uses to advertise the products look great as I bought 2 and while writing for them to arrive purchased another these were gifts how ever after recieving the first 2 I do not want the 3rd and the fact that I spent so much on what will now be the dogs blankets is a bit disheartening. I kept getting emails to let me know that is was taking so long due to the hand made craftmanship going on. Dont think so. So that should be plenty of time to cancel my third order. WIll let you know if I actually get a return on my payment or they just send the another product anyway, as I find out.

I recently purchased a beautiful
bee blanket and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. Japcozy continually kept me updated on my purchase and it arrival time. Definitely will be getting more items from them
