Ordered what I thought would be a lovely stylish and well made evening dress. Could not believe I had to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered, then it arrived in a plastic bag with no label in the dress, tags or return instructions. Very poor quality material used and the dress material had a fault in it. On contact with the company they offered me 10% refund to keep the dress. If I wanted to return I would have to pay £25 to £30 and arrange return myself! Explained again item faulty but they really weren’t interested. Claimed money back through card provider now but I would NOT touch this company with a barge pole!!

Would give 0 stars but I can't finish the review if I do! James ivy london strikes again. Terrible quality goods and when I wanted to return they would not get back to me, deliberately withholding their return address details. So I am stuck with the item and no way to get my money back. Sadly I can't claim on the credit card either as it was less than £100, so does not fit within s75. Shame on this company. Don't buy from them. Reported them to trading standards but it won't get me my money back.

Absolutely terrible. Making out they are a London based company then ship out cheap poor quality clothes from china that are nothing like advertised. Then try to make you pay international postage to get your refund so you basically end up getting nothing back. I refused then they ignored me. Had to duspute with my card lender to get my refund.

Honestly just terrible. The dress I ordered looks almost nothing like the picture, it’s cheap and flimsy and there is no lace on the bra line like there was advertised. Why aren’t companies like this shut down? Look at all the terrible reviews! Oh and they offered a £4.50 refund for my £45 dress.

Why isnt trading standards closing this company down. They say you cannot return items in their sale. 100% wrong sd consumers can return and should get a full redund. They are liars and cheats. Their whole brand is an illusion selling cheap knock off clothes which bear no resemblance to what you ordered. DO NOT buy anything. Total con artists. Say they have 20 years experience - utterly rubbish. Whoever you nasty people are, you're taking money off people for tat. I'm taking it further. I will have you closed down. My card repaid me the cost but that isn't right.

It shouldn’t even get one star! I purchased a jacket from this company and it didn’t resemble the photo at all. It was cheap shoddy material with no structure and only fit for the bin. Material was so thin and crappy embroidery and it wouldn’t sit properly or stay in place. I have tried to contact them and I couldn’t even send an email because there was no such email address! Anyone who wants to buy anything do not use this company. The quality of the fabric was so thin and cheap. Couldn’t even email them for a refund. Buy from them at your own risk.

I ended up getting caught up with this scammers company. The material is pure rubbish, I still have the items here to throw them in the bin because I would never consider wearing them.
This company is always on Pinterest advertising. They also change the name of their company very often to go under cover.

Apart from trousers and jumper looking like from AliExpress with very poor quality, looks like it's impossible to make a return,- you have to contact customer service (that's if their email is working) and hope that they'll reply. So far no luck although two emails sent over a week ago. Contacting the bank as it looks to me like the whole shop is a scam.

What a rip off, this is a scam, no shop in london despite photos of people in store with high quaility Jamesivy bags.
No one to speak to about problems. You pay for international returns and only get 20`% back. Its a Scam.

The products are absolute rubbish and in no way match the descriptions, images and fabrics portrayed. When I was on there, the website reported over 4000 Trustpilot 5 star reviews. I see that at least has been removed now.
But it is still all lies.

SCAM!SCAM! If I could have given it a minus I would.. Terrible cheap polyester rubbish. If I had known it was a Chinese company I would NEVER have bought from them.

Completely caught out with extremely bad quality clothes that did not match the description. Advertised as a denim and knitted top it turned out to be woven spandex and cotton. Only partial refund offered unless I paid postage back to China. Not based in London as name, email address and photos imply. Never again. Just want to warn others out there about such SCAMMERS.

AVOID AVOID AVOID- not luxury, cheap material, plastic bag packaging from China. Huge delay. Extremely poor refund policy (charges £25 to sent back to China, end up offering 10% of value if goods as a good will gesture). I have zero goodwill towards this company, deceitful visuals. I wish I’d never bothered

Lovely coat and great service

I’m very happy with my new coat. It’s beautiful and lovely and warm. I also spoke to one of the girls about delivery, and she was so kind and helpful. Really happy with my purchase and would definitely order again.

I clicked through to this company from an advert on Pinterest and ordered a clothing set advertised as high-quality linen.
The items that arrived were not as described. The fabric feels like very cheap synthetic material rather than linen, the garments are extremely poorly made, and the overall quality is shocking. In my view, the material also feels worryingly cheap and highly flammable.
I tried to cancel the order shortly after purchasing, but received no response. Since receiving the goods, I have emailed the company several times requesting a full refund and have provided the photographs, videos and transaction information they asked for. They have still not responded.
There is no customer service telephone number, no clear return address and no apparent way to contact the company other than email.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Based on my experience, the advertising is seriously misleading and the goods bear little resemblance to what was represented online.
I have also noticed other retailers, including NinaNicole and Abbey London, using very similar product imagery, styling and advertising. I cannot confirm whether they are operated by the same business, but the similarities are striking.
I am now escalating this with my payment provider and reporting the matter as suspected fraudulent or misleading trading activity

This is a FAKE company that has an AI generated website. DO NOT BUY anything as you will receive a package all the way from China which is absolutely rubbish fabric and worthless. Nothing like the photos!

Absolutely disgraceful, my order turned up was meant to be cotton/linen mix it was cheap polyester nothing like photos a complete scam, have emailed but no reply, DO NOT BUY from this company, I am reporting them to trading standards not sure if I will get anywhere but ill try

Delivered wrong colour and wrong fabric- they are not refunding - many emails but no action - they are a Con!
