DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. In my option the goods are substandard, but this is the best part, trying to get a refund is near impossible.
There is no return address given and when you request a refund they offer the goods at 10, 20 and then 30% discount. They ask for photos of the garments and measurement! all to delay you making the 30 day window for the refund. When they do give you a return address, it is bogus. I was given 2 one in China and one in LA, both of which were collection centres for unwanted or used goods and the cost of sending is on you. There are other website clearly run by the same person, Made by Jessica and Armour Sermon. Please do not buy and if you have and can't get get a refund, please contact your bank and raise a claim against the company.

'we offer full refund' yeh right! I had to involve my bank to get the money back in the end, trust me , do not bother with this company you will be very disappointed with both the goods and so called customer service . 😡😡😡😡

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding from this company. When it came it was soiled, 2 marks on the bodice one very noticeable and one not so noticeable.
I'm at the moment trying to return this dress as they only offered me 30% refund. The dress cost £59.95 which means I'd get £18 refund and they would keep £42 of my money.
I find this company disgraceful and are making money from shoddy clothing. The dress didn't even have a label at the neck. Please don't purchase anything from this company.

Fell for the hype from this companie's video, pertaining to be a family owned business in London but sadly having to close their doors, hence the massive reduction on their clothes. DO NOT believe a word of their lies. They are a company trading from China. I bought a dress from them which was nothing like the photograph on their website. I, like numerous others have bought in good faith and ended up with garments not fit for wear. Once you receive your goods and contact the company to say that you are not happy with your product, you will have a difficult task to try and get a full refund. Sadly I was unaware that there are international costs to return goods to China, which means that the sum involved in returning an item can cost you approximately the same amount as what you paid for your item. The company will try to offer you a part refund of 10% to start with, this may increase to 20% if you decline their first offer. They will also as part of their "good will gesture" suggest you may keep the garment to avoid you all the hassle of going through the returns process. Frankly who would want to keep a garment that they will never wear. This brings up the question, if their clothing are as beautiful as what's advertised, how come they are offering them to their customers for free to save us the ordeal of returning them.
I cannot believe my stupidity in ordering from this company in the first instance as I now realise, I like many others have been well and truely scammed. I have reported this company to Trading Standards who informed me that they are receiving a massive amount of calls daily from others making the same complaint about this company. I can only say to anyone who may be tempted to purchase from Alexandra London, take my advise and stay away from them and keep your hard earned money well and truely in your pocket.

This company is a total scam. Don’t ever buy any products from them. Ordered 6 items (4 dresses and 2 dungarees) on June 9th and still waiting for the 2 remaining items to be delivered. Having seemed like forever and eagerly awaiting the delivery. My excitement quickly turned into shock, then disappointment having realised it’s all fake!!! Poor stitching and quality, wrong material from online descriptions and sizing, looks very different from online pictures. Absolute rubbish as can’t even dare donate them. Have asked for a refund and return address but yet to hear back. Totally regretting why I didn’t check reviews before ordering. Hopefully can try check I can get my money back through the bank but lesson learnt. Can’t be fooled again. Never ever!!!

The worst most awful site that is in China not London. Will not refund, will not even give any help to return. They are scammers. I wouldn't even donate the dress it's so disgusting. I've reported and trying to get something resolved with my bank. Lesson learned to do a bit of research next time before I buy. Stick to companies that are established and high street names. Scammers getting fat on our loss that is what this scam site does.

Didn't even deserve a star. Products pure polyester and nothing like their pictures. The company is a complete scam selling complete rubbish. Charity shop next stop....shame for them

Very disappointed and feel misled. Waited a long time for the dress which turned out to be massive, made of poor quality material and had below par finishing with visible seams etc. Worst of all, they are either based or getting their stock from China. After multiple emails trying to get a refund, I am having to post it back to China at my expense to get the '30 day money back guarantee ' their site promises. I think they are hoping people will just give up. Extremely poor company, product and ethos. Do not buy from them.

This company is a scam. Item arrived today - not linen & looks nothing like the picture. Could kick myself for being so stupid & placing the order. Alexander Chinese scam should be their name. One star is too high. They should be reported for false advertising

Ordered a dress for my daughter.
It did not fit .
Was not the dress that was in photo.
Sent it back to address on return label. They said thats the wrong address and will not give me a refund .
Offering 20% off to keep dress.

Have just received my order of “Isla/ Relaxed dungaree jumpsuit”. It’s awful!
Firstly it was not denim as advertised (by saying ‘dungaree’;
Secondly nowhere, that I could see on website, did it tell you what the fabric content was.
The fabric is cheap and frankly horrible, my clue should have been on the price (buy cheap, get cheap).
Last year I ordered a dress and never received it and this year I thought I’d give it another go.
I received my order but very disappointed.
I will never buy from this company again.

Awful company, awful product. Avoid like the plague. I waited a long time for my dress to arrive. Claimed to be 100% linen but is 100% polyester. Bears no resemblance at all to the advertised product. No paperwork at all. Dress is not fit for local charity shops so going straight in the bin. I should have read reviews. Fake Trustpilot indication on their adverts.

Their advertisement is completely misleading. 100%linen turns out to be 100% polyester. Returns policy insists product is returned, at customer expense, to China. Product is poorly made with very inferior material despite the wording of their advertisement. There results in many emails going back and forth with no resolution for the customer.
Definitely do not buy from these people.

I will in future always read reviews on a Company I have not had previous experience of. The item I received is complete rubbish and only fit for the bin. I am getting nowhere trying to rectify the situation and have reported to Trading Standards.

If I could give zero stars I would, total scam, bought a dress from them at £39.99 and when it eventually arrived it was a piece of crap! Never buy from these scammers! They won’t give me a refund offering 10% and keep the rag, then 20% etc

This company Alexandra of London is a SCAM. The items are made of inferior quality, massive sizes and NOTHING like you see on their site. Their clothing isn’t fit for purpose and not even fit for the rubbish dump.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this company. My experience will teach me to read reviews before I order anything again. It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive and it is absolute rubbish. I emailed the company to enquire how I could return it for a refund and was asked to send photographs and they would look at it and let me know how to proceed further. I did as requested and received another similar email. I then suggested that they stopped provaricating and just sent me details of how to return the item. I've heard nothing since. I will just have to put this down to experience and put the dress wear it belongs in the rubbish bin.
