I was let down by another company two days before moving day. Panicked I went online and found Izzy Removals. Koste was so helpful - he completely calmed me down and had my move booked within minutes. The guys arrived exactly on time and had me moved within three hours. I could not recommend this company highly enough - I will definitely be returning to them in the future.

Can't fault Izzy Removals at all. Service was exceptional from the get go. They were the first company to contact me after submitting a request with an online quote service and they put me at ease straight away.

The team arrived bang on time on the day and did the whole job in less than three hours - incredible work. They left a kettlebell weight on the truck, which I flagged to them, and they brought it back to my house a couple of days later.

I'll definitely use them again.

They helped me move from a packed flat up a flight of stairs to a house half an hour away. Even with that they had the entire thing done in under three hours. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

Kosta’s moving guys turned up a little late but they rang me before and told me so no issue at all.
They got straight to work and didn’t complain about the three flights of stairs!
They packed the van quickly, safely and thoughtfully.
They were very carful with my possessions.
When they finished they showed me the stop watch, nice touch showing that they keep time rather than saying ‘I started at this time etc’
Payment was fast and easy as he had a little PDQ machine. I payed contactless. (Amazing value)
I would 100% recommend them to anyone that I know is moving and I would use them

Everything went really smoothly with my move, which involved two pick up points and two drop off ones. The men were polite and friendly, and very hard working - brilliant job!! Thank you very much for making my moving in day amazing! :)

Couldn’t recommend them more. Turned up 5 mins before time, started work immediately and had moved us from our flat within 2.5 hours. This including taking down and putting back up our bed and dining table. Guys were friendly and asked where we wanted everything. Wouldn’t look anywhere else in the future.

Kosta was very patient and made a brilliant effort in getting me booked in to move my 1 bed flat at short notice. His team arrived on good time and packed up things diligently. We just managed about managed to keep 1 step ahead of the cleaning team i had in at the same time.
Unloading at my new flat was complicated due to access issues but the 2 man team did a good job, despite being frustrated by a different removal team emptying items from the previous owner at the same time. Due to delays outside my/our control it proved to be a long day for the 2 chaps. I hope they got a well deserved break when they got home.

I would recommend this firm again.

Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend absolute cheats. We moved last week and had two men help us move our 1 bedroom flat belongings. They complained about the weight of our boxes (even though we could lift them) and made us unpack them so we had to move some of our belongings ourselves. They took a 20 minute lunch break and the timer said 3.35 minutes - they insisted on charging us for 4 hours! We said we can’t be expected to pay for their lunch break and they said they needed lunch, we agreed they should have a break but we shouldn’t be charged for that time! We wanted to pay by card (when their email instructions said we could) then they said we needed to pay VAT, we opted for cash and they threatened to charge us for 4 hours if we didn’t come back from the ATM in 5 minutes. Once my husband had the cash they snatched the money from his hands aggressively and drove off with our car parking permit. The sad thing is we would have happily given them a good tip if they hadn’t tried to rip us off.

Excellent service. Kind and friendly gentlemen who got the job done quickly, with care and no complaints (on a cold rainy day and with a flight of stairs)! I offered to help but they could see I was extremely tired (moving
House does that!!) and suggested I go home from my storage unit as they could pack the van, lock up my unit and meet me back at my home with all my things - SO greatly appreciated. This company Took a lot of stress out of my moving process. Will definitely use them again and recommend to all of my friends and family.

Excellent service, some small issue at the start over parking, but that was fixed. The 2 guys were very friendly, took care of my possessions, didn't grumble about stairs and even put my new bed together.

I’m quite cautious about who to choose for whatever job it might be. I saw the 1 star reviews for Izzy Removals and when I used them I cannot understand how anyone can give a 1 star review. These guys were fantastic. Kosta is great, the removal guys the best in the business. I will say there is a slight language barrier, but the removal guys know basic English and we managed to load and unload from west to south east London in less than 5 hours.

Very competitive prices compared to other London removal companies. I used a comparison website and these guys do not harass you with phone calls unlike other places..

First time moving house and while I moved all the little things, they took the big stuff and even helped unhook the annoying pipe on the washing machine. They did more than what I was expecting. 5/5 100% fantastic. Anytime I move again or anyone I know I will definitely recommend Izzy Removals.

All of them were very helpful and professional from the moment of my inquiry until the final move. Both guys assigned to my move (Evo and Evo) were great! They handled my furniture with care though I know it was tricky to get them all past the narrow hallways and the elevator. They were funny and friendly during the move, always reassuring me all the way. I would love to get their help again next time I move. Definitely recommended! Izzy Removals helped me and my partner move from London to St Albans recently. The organisation up front was great customer service which was super helpful. We had a few stops to make at a few properties in London and 4 years worth of stuff to move from our flat. I was really impressed with the team because of how efficient they were and saved us a lot of time, and were even early to start the job which saved us so much time in the afternoon.
Great value for money, would highly recommend for anyone moving who wants no fuss, quick and reliable movers!
