I first thought it was a scam, but they are reliable

When i first booked I thought it was a scam because i received an email that seemed a scam and I had never heard of the company. I checked the reviews and thought..... So I was skeptical so I emailed them, and replied very fast, to ask them how to check in, they informed me that they will send my boarding pass the day before the flight. I waited anxiously, as i didn't know what to expect and first thing in the morning I received it and had no problems.

Unsafe and unreliable booking option for your travels

- cancellation refund (minus cancellation fee) was said to take 1-3 month
- when requesting cancellation, no documentation or policy can be found from iWofly. When requested, it becomes a moving target
- we were given a 2-hour window at 3 AM PST to confirm cancellation of reservation
- agency unable to provide confirmation # for the airline in the reservation, stating that its their business secret per business model

We have not had the luxury to travel on a confirmed booking from the service, but from the way they have handled our request to cancel, its safe to assume you will get the turn around when you run into issues.

Book at your own risk.

1. Before the passenger purchases the ticket, you can see the ticket rules for the ticket.
2. Airline changes may happen at any time. We only send the notice of changes to passengers as soon as possible so that passengers can make corresponding itinerary adjustments.
3. If your passenger needs the airline's itinerary, or wants to find your order on the airline's website, you can contact customer service to send the itinerary or airline code.
We're sorry, because we can't find your relevant order, so we can't know your specific question. We are unable to provide the best service for passengers at the moment, but we try our best to provide better service for passengers.

Above was my booking number for reference. Ticket has been cancelled 11days before the flight schedule. Apparently, the flight was still scheduled to depart for destination on that day. The paid sum can’t be refunded but only can be exchanged for points. I have waited for a month, however there is still no refund of the paid sum for the points. Appalling experience, absolutely no sense of responsibility and makes me wonder if this company is a complete scam.

A few days before my flight a get a…

A few days before my flight a get a vague message telling me my flight has been rescheduled but it sends a picture showing it has been cancelled.. Which one is it? rescheduled or cancelled. The word rescheduled means it has been changed to a new time, not cancelled. A message was sent earlier showing my flight has been rescheduled. When i looked at the time and matched it to my booking, it was okay, but their rescheduling heading actually means, "rescheduled to cancel." I have a week before my flight and I don't know what to do now. This should be illegal. Now flights are crazy expensive and I can't speak to anyone from this website called iWofly. Ultimately I lost a lot of money. Don't fly with these agents who give vaguely interpretated message that don't even coincide with their own bookings website. I'd appreciate it if you you don't use the title, "rescheduled" when you really mean cancelled. It was really vague. I showed others and they thought the same thing. They said to look up the booking and it still showed the flight was good when in fact it was canceled.

Please accept our sincere apology for the confusion caused.

The [Manage My Booking] page on iWofly cannot be linked directly with the schedule change system, therefore only the original schedule was displayed there. We are in the process of upgrading the system and schedule changes shall soon be reflected on the website as well.

At the moment, we notify passengers of schedule changes by email. Flight cancellation also falls within the category of schedule changes. We have also taken your suggestion to separate the headings of flight change notices and flight cancellation notices in these notification emails.

The schedule change email was sent to your registered email address 2 months before the flight departure with email content indicating that the first two segments of your order have been cancelled by the airline (it's not a vague image either but rather an itinerary table).

We did refund you in the full amount of EUR 679.31, so would appreciate you not twist the fact and exaggerate.

TURNS OUT LEGIT

Tickets are usually automatically issued within 30 minutes from our site. The time limit for ticket issuance is 72 hours but may take longer for some special deals.

Terrible Service

Terrible Service. Avoid at all cost.

Booking number in the confirmation email provided by them does not work.

Requested for a refund after airline changed flight schedule, Iwofly did not provide the refund even when evidence was provided that airline policy allowed it.

The iWofly booking number only works in our own system, if you are contacting the airline please kindly use the PNR & ticket number provided in the confirmation email.

Tickets are sold without luggage

Tickets are sold without luggage. This is not clear to customers.

No refund.

No cancellation.

I had to buy my ticket twice to the UK.

I will never use this service again.

You only refund us taxes. Which is 1/5th the price you of the entire ticket. Why not be transparent about that? Your company is not customer centric. It is designed to ensure that you benefit and the customer losses from the lack of transparency and shady information.

Do not tell me to be objective when I have lost over 5k from your shady transparency. No airlines should work with you. Buying direct from the airlines is far more beneficial. At least they take care of their customers.

Our travel consultant advised the price for purchasing checked baggage allowance to you but you chose to submit a refund request. As your order is only eligible for the airline's voluntary refund, a full refund is not possible. You may also check this at the airline's end. Our system shows a voluntary refund was initiated to you on April 11th, it's not very objective when you mentioned [No Refund].

My Card has been charged USD 901 and out of sudden I had an email saying the Booking was CANCELLED. Please tell me what happen and why the status is cancelled after my Card has been charged in Full. I have to call my Bank to even Blocked my Card which I was thinking Its the Scam. I have been writing to your Email but seems No One has reply. This iwofly cant be contacted and no phone DUE TO PANDEMIC, whats the nonsense No one can chat or calls due to Pandemic. Don't use this reason and cant be accepted. Using the reason Pandemic IF we have to meet each others and not after you able to take the money from my card.

I needed to change my departure date

I needed to change my departure date. It was a fair price offered by the airlines. Response time was good to excellent. There was Technology glitch but they got if fixed for me. Overall They'd get an A grade from me.

They gave me credit for a cancelled flight (which I did not agree to, and I was entitled to cash refund according to the airline). I wanted cash but they would not reply because they made a mistake and would not take responsibility for it. So I ended up taking the credit instead.

I check my credit account today and found that on the 11th of November, they made 7 transactions and took ALL of the money from my credit account!

DO NOT USE IWOFLY.

For the 7 transactions you claim that we stole your money, as per checking in our system, there is no such record showing 7 orders were placed under the same email address on the 11th of November. It is most likely to be a payment failure where the payment gateway only obtained authorization from issuing bank. Capture never happened which means funds was never moved out of issuing bank. If issuing bank has set the funds aside for further capture, it is up to issuing bank to release the funds after getting the cancellation. If you have not received your money back, please kindly contact the issuing bank.
