Well, I see why people got angry, I was waiting for a long time for my order as well. But to be fair- every time I got in touch with them- they answered, and when I finally received my product- it was exactly what the photos show.
I got black cutlery from them and I actually like it.

I bought 4 items on there, it was not cheap, they were shipped late individually from China.
They are in horrific condition with the stitching messy and hanging off the garments or toys.
All of the items are made in completely different fabrics than the pictures they look so cheap and tacky. All of the labels read terrible English.
I can only assume this is a scam website that produces stock in China, do not trust them!!! I will not send back as it seems through trust pilot they do not refund. Absolutely disgusting service.

Ivy and Wilde is a scam. I have paid 280 usd but did not receive my goods after 2 months. I cancelled my order and was told they refunded the money but after a month it is still not on my account! I think I will go to the police if I don't receive my refund within a week.
If I read the other comments it seems I am not their only victim.

0 stars!!! TERRIBLE! Place is a scam. They have cheap stuffed baby toys going for $50+ (which I thought was ridiculous but it was for a baby shower), then I see it's getting shipped from CHINA! What a rip off considering it probably cost $1 to make. On top of it, it's been over a month since I ordered and still no tracking updates. Customer service is terrible.

If you're going to mark-up a product like that, at least ship to customers in a timely fashion.

I bought some posters online and when they came the pictures in the posters was a horrible quality!! It just seems that they have taken a small photo and blown it up to make a terrible image..... no refund!
This is a scamming website - keep away!!

Substantial customer service for International packages
Products looks great but their response to international packages is alarmingly low. I purchased products from them on July 31, its 4th of Oct and the items have still not arrived. When you mail the support team all they have to say is "We recommend to wait and keep updated on tracking status:"
I'm not sure if their service standards are good locally but internationally they either need to think of better ways to service their customers or just not do business.

This company should be so ashamed of what theyre doing. All they do is sell Aliexpress products, using the exact same pictures and ask 5 times the price of what you can get it for on Aliexpress. (just take a printscreen and use the photosearch on aliexpress if you want to check) I find it ridiculous how they rip off their costumers and I keep wondering how a company like this can even exist.

I bought 10 sets of the Ivy & Wilde Luxe dining wear set, spending $400 on the entire set (a big splurge for my new home). After just a few weeks of use, following the exact care instructions on their website, the handles on two of the knives in the set began to rust.

I wrote to their customer service and they emailed me back accusing me that the photo I sent wasn't actually their product. When I reverted, they then told me that I was beyond the 15-day window for returns or exchanges. It is absolutely shocking that something they would sell as such a premium product is in fact so poorly made and that their customer service could be so shady and not fix the issue.

Highly advise you do not buy their "Luxe" products as they are anything but. Also, their customer service is atrocious.

I LOVE their products, absolutely adorable!
I accidentally placed an order for a wrong size but after talking to their CS they helped me to change it for the one I wanted.
Can't complain.

Their website is very deceiving. The quality is very nice but it's not made clear what you are getting when you purchase so it's very overpriced IMO. We never received an item and the customer service I received was awful and that's why I'm giving 1 star. Wouldn't recommend.

I ordered one of the gold coloured "Luxe" cutlery sets a few weeks back. They kept me up to date about the delivery time and dates, also handled my question well (prior to ordering) and most importantly: it's good cutlery. Happy customer here!

Ordered multiple cutlery sets and everything arrived in reasonable time and excellent condition. Did contact customer service to get a change and everyone I spoke with was very pleasant. Will use again.
