Their products Looks amazing for the amount or value of the product. My house feels more luxurious.. It arrived carefully packaged and I received the item in perfect condition.We are happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend

This company is the best. They make every effort to avoid their customers being charged import taxes. Very important especially when I am ordering from overseas.

It took a little while for me to receive my package, but when I did I was super excited. All my products looked exactly as they were pictured which came to a surprise. I love them!

DO NOT purchase from this company! They sent me a faulty light that was broken, had parts missing and the wiring was non-compliant in the UK. They refused to give me a refund and their customer service is horrendous! Cheap quality products!

I waited for my order 3 months, it has been delivered back to China 2 times, because something wasn’t right with the package. Nobody told me, when I checked the tracking id I just could see some Chinese symbols. And then the ivy and wilde Shop wanted me to pay the delivery, but it has been their fault. I had a lot of discussions and now I can tell you: don’t order there! The delivery never reach you and they want you to pay the sending...

Takes about 6 weeks for me to get my order and when it finally arrived, it doesn't have installation menu. This flower pot stand they charged me $200 when its on sale, when i opened it, its absolutely over priced, i wouldn't buy it again from them.

Fake reviews on the website, i wrote a review on their site, it never even went though, the 3 positive reviews stay on the site

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered several sets of this flatware as a Christmas gift. It took 18 days to arrive and when it finally did, arrived damaged. (The pieces had scratched each other in transit including fork prong dents). I submitted images to customer service who has told me they will accept the return only if I pay to ship the items back. This was the companies shipping error and will they probably get insurance from the shipping, but they will not facilitate the return except at my expense. I will never order from Ivy & Wilde again. VERY bad customer service and overall shady behavior.

Very bad experience. They sell the same as on Akiexpress, for much much more money. They even use the same pictures as on Ali.
Refund is possible after complaining, but you have to ship your items to China. Would have costed me €25 from Holland. Pure scam if you ask me. They just use good marketing, to convince you.

I've been shopping with you guys. I always find good pieces. What I loved most about Ivy and Wilde was the quick shipment. Now I guess volume has increased and shipping takes much longer.

Pure scam. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.

Ivy and Wilde is a scam! They asked for our license picture in an email which should have been a red flag. We ordered in August, then they said it was back ordered for two months when there was no indication of this when ordering. Finally shipped end of October via DHL. They sent tracking which said shipped, I work from home - it was never delivered. They said it was up to DHL and wouldn’t refund us. DHL said they fired driver and wouldn’t refund either. Ivy and Wilde customer service is unreliable, they choose delivery service and don’t follow through! Stay away!!!!! Wasted over 400 dollars on silverware set.

Thanks Ivy and Wilde for two gorgeous Frida Kahlo Tote Bag I've got though. I live in New York, the tote bags came in two weeks after they had been ordered. I really couldn't imagine it would be so easy! I honestly was worried about possible problems, but these guys worked perfectly.
