I found the session beneficial . It was slightly painful at times but Ivonne was able to explain the reasons for the discomfort. My weight continues to reduce and I now have lost just over 2 stone .Ivonne has continued to work on my permanently swollen foot which has prevented me from wearing some boots. Today after my latest session I was able to wear the boots as the swelling is much reduced.

I went to see Yvonne because I wanted to work with a reflexologist who could really get in there and correct imbalances in my body and niggles and pain, not just give me a soothing experience but actually shift things for me. She absolutely delivered. I have no more migraines, I sleep more easily, and my digestive issues have settled down. Every treatment she delivers is completely personalised to you, she can diagnose and then correct so many issues. She is a true healer. I am very happy to recommend her. She is a wonderful healer to have on your side for your health and overall well-being.

Ivonne has helped me so much! She has a holistic approach, not only focusing on reflexology, but diet and breathing etc. She makes me the most relaxed I have ever felt after her sessions. Ivonne is a remarkable healer! I have been suffering with long covid and other health issues and she was able to identify the root of my problems and used different techniques to heal them. The liver cleanse was especially helpful, I instantly felt better afterwards and my health has continued to improved ever since. I can not recommend her enough!

A very delayed review, time flies when you have a baby! BUT Ivonne is incredible ! She worked magic with my little girl who was tight in certain parts of the body and was also constipated! Ivonne managed to release all the tender parts of my little ones body as well as relieving her constipation. True miracle worker! Could not recommend her enough! Will definitely be going back again!

This was my first visit to Ivonne, she was very lovely and welcoming
And I felt her passion for wanting to help people. I was comfortable and at ease with her right from the start. Ivonne explained the process clearly and took care to make sure I was happy to proceed. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced practitioner who knew the problem areas without the need for me to tell her, she was very accurate, even telling me something I had suspected to be an issue but had been ignoring.
At the end of the session Ivonne went through her findings with me and created a treatment plan. There was no pressure to buy the plan and I was free to decide in my own time.
I will definitely be having the treatment she has suggested, I feel like I’m in good hands and am looking forward to a journey of wellness.

Ivonne was recommended to me by a family member. I was experiencing severe back pain and Ivonne managed to fit me in the next day. When I arrived Ivonne was very friendly and welcoming. After the initial introduction Ivonne got to work, she told me my issue wasn’t actually with my back but internally with my organs and more specifically my diet. My body was letting me know there was an issue. My back issue has since been resolved, I’ve changed my diet and feel so much better. I’ve continued working with Ivonne and feel relaxed and so much better after each session.

I am new to reflexology and I cannot explain how it has already changed my life. I had heard via multiple sources how beneficial reflexology is particularly with assisting fertility, however it is extremely overwhelming looking online when you have not been given a recommendation, and I wanted to make sure I found the right person. Well I struck gold with Ivonne. I first came across Ivonne’s website about 4 months ago and I kept coming back to it. In January my Mother in law pursued me to bite the bullet and get it booked in. I have been on a treatment plan with Ivonne, and she has been incredible. My biggest want in starting reflexology was not getting pregnant, but instead was to get my mind and body balanced and healthy. The below are a few things that have already changed. Anxiety - I cannot even express how much my anxiety has reduced I use to wake up in the middle of the night thinking about the stresses of work, this has completely disappeared and I finally have a solid sleep. I use to be a nervous driver, but this has completely reduced and I do not have the same thought patterns. Weight - I suffer from PCOS, with no prior knowledge Ivonne picked this up in our first session, along with the fact my left ovary was not working. As a result of my PCOS I have such an intense sweet tooth, since the treatment this has been removed, and together the reflexology and a healthy diet I have now lost 3/4 of a stone in 3 weeks (this has not been through a crash diet). On top of this my appetite has lessened significantly, and I only eat when I am hungry. Energy and concentration levels - These have increased dramatically, I have just started a new job so could not have come at a better time, I am able to focus on activities and retain information better, I feel more confident in putting across ideas and direction. These are only a few changes there are so many more and I am still currently going through the treatment. I could not recommend Ivonne anymore it’s a game changer! Thank you soo much Ivonne xx.
