Ivonne is a very knowledgeable and talented practitioner, she uses a wide range of therapies tailored to meet your personal needs. Through a mixture of reflexology, hot stone massage, activating acupuncture points, detoxing recipes she has helped me release deep tissue tension and anxiety. I feel more balanced hormonally, physically and mentally. I would throughly recommend her.

Ivonne is incredibly talented and truly gifted in what she does. She has the ability to help with any health issue you may be facing, and for those dealing with infertility, she is nothing short of a miracle. Her treatments are also fantastic for cleansing and preparing your body for a healthy, glowing pregnancy. My 6-month-old baby is always so happy, and I believe it's because I took care of myself during pregnancy with Ivonne’s guidance and continued to see her for relaxation afterward.

I initially went to start seeing Ivonne after trying to get pregnant for well over a year and not having any luck. I was in a bad place and seeing Ivonne ended up being an incredible safe space for me to release stress and work on my body. She gave me confidence I would be able to get pregnant, and helped work on me physically while also being someone I could talk things through with too. After working on various things within my body with her, I did a cleanse with her and ended up getting pregnant a month or two after. After two years of trying in the end I’m sure Ivonne and her treatments where a huge part, if not the main one in my getting pregnant. I’ve been so grateful for her support during the time I was trying, then through the pregnancy and post birth checking in on me. Definitely recommend anyone trying and feeling in a bad space to give it a go.

Ivonne is an extremely emotionally intuitive and caring therapist. She has an incredible warmth and made me feel very comfortable being vulnerable during our first session. She was able to pinpoint all my major issues during the first session of reflexology, and since returning a few times I'm already seeing an improvement in the main condition I am suffering with, as well as my mental wellbeing. The sessions are sometimes hard, but they always leave me feeling refreshed and Ivonne tends to include other relaxing therapies towards the end of our sessions. She is generous with her time and very much worth a visit if you are suffering with any issues physically or emotionally.

I have recently visited Ivonne after suffering with planter fasciitis for 8 months, I was in a considerable amount of pain. During our first session Ivonne was very detailed and knowledgeable and explained the process and went through medical history, etc, she got straight to work, I left my first session being able to weight bare with minimal discomfort, after my second treatment my pain had completely gone, something that months of physiotherapy wasn’t able to do.

Ivonne is a multi-skilled practitioner and a lovely person. She is incredibly passionate about what she does, and tailors her holistic treatment very much to the individual and their needs. I initially went for a reflexology session and have since returned a number of times for support with my fertility and general health, Ivonne is full of advice for nutrition and meditation that goes beyond the session.
