I ordered bow shoes and payed next day delivery I didn’t get it the next day so I emailed and they got back to me they said sorry for it and that they would refund my delivery it soon came and Im in love with the shoes.

I bought a pair of men’s boots which were a poor fit, so I requested a refund. Shockingly poor response after I sent 4 e mails. After 3 weeks of trying to get a response from their various e mail addresses, I’m beginning to think this could be a scam. I hope I’m wrong. No clear returns route.i do not trust this company therefore. Why display several (3) different e mails for returns with no replies? Please check webpage contents for mails shown when making a return.

I've bought 5 different pairs of sandals from this company. They were comfortable pretty sandals. Unfortunately they've only ever lasted for less than 9 months. Most recent last 5 weeks. Very poor quality - always straps that break.

I bought cheap trainers for work but the size was tight and the sole wasn't fresh so they were either used or incomplete as It looked like spray paint on the sole death trap when only worn on the carpet and I've been refused refund received the 10th reported same day received reply 2 days later stuck with this don't buy from here anyone poor quality

Recieved a message from courier with picture of delivery to say my parcel was delivered, but the photo is not of my delivery address and don't know where they have been sent
I can't find a contact number for ivachy or the courier

Lovely sandals, ordered beige ones and black ones,
Will certainly be looking for some more.

Everything was straight forward from ordering to the delivery, very easy and quick.
The sandals I bought were great nice beige colour nice pattern up front perfect size wedge, that good i ordered another pair in black .

order was delivered pretty fast boots look ok quality ok so all good

Dreadful company. Ordered a pair of boots
for a Xmas present and my son started to use them in January.They lasted 3 months before they split right open and the laces snapped. Then they refused to refund them due to wear and tear. Consumer law means nothing to this dreadful outfit.

Brought 2 pairs of boots, each lasting only 7 weeks. Seller believes that as a consumable items, that’s fine. Items are clearly very poor quality and should last a reasonable amount of time.

Great shoes. Mix up with colours ordered which was a shame as it was a simple order of 2 different size of same colour and shoe. Bit of a faff to sort out a return but got there in the end. Most importantly the shoes are great quality. Fantastic for the price and would certainly shop here again! Recommend.

Great product! But got stung with an extra €20 at customs (Brexit). So will be shopping elsewhere in the future, unfortunately.

Really quick delivery, however the boots I ordered have been sent in the wrong size.
I would like a returns note but nobody is answering my emails?

Paid extra for next day delivery (ordered in the morning on a Wednesday). Did not receive the items next day. No explanation from Ivachy who happily took the additional payment and delivered 2 days later. No means of contacting the company for an update or to query / cancel the order (missed required date).

Very disappointing and unfortunately unreliable experience.
