My family used I trip through VRBO a few years ago and had no problems at all. But this year is different. We booked again with them and were suppose to be there in 2 weeks. I sent them an email because 1 Chicago is requiring anyone that flys in from Florida to quarantine for two weeks after you get here and 2 the state of Florida has had over 65,000 positive cases of coronavirus over the last 5 days and has now been named the new epicenter. Kevin from I trip said that it is to late to cancel your reservation and there is nothing he can do. Look I understand it is an inconvenience and the owners are losing out but all I would like to do is rebook our trip to a safer time.

Travel restrictions during 2020 changed frequently. We tried to adjust the best we could while caring for both our rental homeowners and guests.
Shady business dealings
My worst experience with a booking company. I booked a condo in Siesta Keys and due to CoVid-19 pandemic I requested to change the dates to 2021 instead, the company said they needed to contact the owner. After 2 weeks still no response, so I replied back and their response is I can use the credit until the end of 2020 or cancellation fee of $250. What a ripoff. I booked another condo with another reputable company and they allowed me to move my dates to 2021. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We understand and sometimes cannot accommodate every request. We do outline our cancellation policy in the rental agreement and help guests work with a travel insurance partner in case of emergencies.
Be careful when booking
Be careful when booking. I booked at one price and the next day the company called and raised the price by $1500. They did give me my deposit back but it's the old bait and switch....

Garbage company. Won't let you reschedule your trip even when the location is under an evacuation order and a state of emergency.

Sometimes we are unable to honor cancellation or reschedule requests and offer a trusted travel insurance partner in case of emergencies.
These people accepted my reservation…
These people accepted my reservation for a pet friendly condo, gave me a quote for a week including pet, when I got there they tried to extort another $200 from me for a pet fee. I vacated the apartment but not before it cost me $600. Dont deal with them in Myrtle Beach.
