Arrived on time and works fine. Sent a DVI cable rather than an HDMI one as requested, as replying wasn't that straightforward on ebay. Crownww contacted me later and sent the right cable :) tops.

Good price for a recycled Dell power…
Good price for a recycled Dell power pack meaning I don't have to keep moving them from room to room for work etc. whenever I move my laptop.

Great service and products
I have ordered twice from IT resale. The first time, during delivery the screen had an issue but they refunded me and arranged the return of the item with minimal fuss. The second time everything went smoothly - very helpful and responsive comms and the monitor is excellent value for money. I can hopefully stop squinting now!

Bought a couple of refurbished screens for work. They came in good time and were extremely well packed (cant stress enough just how well packed they were). Items work a charm. I have no hesitation in recommending based on what has been a very good experience.

A great choice to shop with!
I've ordered from IT Resale twice now and can definitely recommend them - really great prices on refurbished monitors and other bits, shipping is fast and you get updates at each step so you're not left wondering where something is or when it will arrive, and both monitors I've purchased have been in great condition and worked exactly as expected. Will definitely return here again next time I need any of the things they sell!

Fantastic customer service
I came across their website by chance and was surprised by their prices and availability of monitors. I spoke to someone on the phone as I was worried what their website stated was not what they had in stock. I was assured their web site was up to date. I ordered a few monitors and they were delivered the next day. So impressed I ordered 10 more the next day.
