Very impressed with the reconditioned monitors that I purchased. They were in excellent condition and very good value for money. The staff were very polite and helpful when I called to enquire about my order. This is great company who are helping repurpose older IT equipment which have many years of useful life left!

Good Monitor at a decent price
I wanted to add a second monitor to my home PC set up. The model I have is no longer in production but I found a used one on the IT Resale site for a good price and listed as being in good condition. Ordered on 19/11/2022, received it only a few days later. It was well packaged (delivery was at no extra cost) and arrived in good condition.
It is now happily sitting along side my original monitor as a dual screen setup.
Don't expect to get all the original accessories. I got the screen, power lead and a displayport cable (this was made clear on the web site). No manual or installation CD but instructions are easily available online and windows has all the drivers it needs anyway.

Although the equipment was not compatible with my system and had to be returned all in all it was a really good service.

Great company to buy from
Great company to buy from. Equipment is exactly as described, and very well packaged.
Have used them a few times to purchase computer equipment and are always first on my list when looking to purchase more.

They responded well after I gave a one start review
I ordered the wrong power supply and contacted them twice without response in the first week. After I posted a one start review they got in touch, apologised and have explained how to return the item. I returned it and received a full refund. I would suggest making clear in the listing that all their Dell power supplies have the large, not the small plug, as you cant really tell in the photos.
