Cordiali saluti,
Team del Servizio Clienti di Buddha Stones

I want to warn others about my…
I want to warn others about my experience with Buddha stone company. I ordered three pairs of pants but only received two. The pants I got were of very poor quality fabric, stitching, and fullness all differed significantly from what the website advertised. After contacting them, they offered a 5% discount, which I refused. Then, they agreed to a full refund, but the return address was in China, with a shipping cost of over $300. I never received the third pair, and the company has been extremely difficult to dispute with. They appear to have elaborate methods to avoid liability. Please be cautious if you are considering shopping with them this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it.

Dear customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We would like to kindly clarify that, at your request, the third pair of pants was successfully intercepted before shipment and was not sent to you.
We are also sorry to hear that the quality of the items did not meet your expectations. Our intention in offering alternative solutions during the return process is to provide customers with options that may help avoid the inconvenience and expense of international return shipping, rather than to make the process difficult.
We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving our products and services.
Kind regards,
Buddha Stones Customer Service Team

Good-quality yoga pants
Good-quality yoga pants: soft fabric, comfortable fit, exactly as described. Shipping from China took a while and required some follow-up with customer service, but the item arrived in perfect condition. Happy with the purchase overall

Gentile Cliente,

Very good!
The shirt arrived well packed and in perfect condition. High quality material and design with attention to detail. Unfortunately I mistakenly bought a size a bit too large, but I hope to be able to tighten the shirt by moving the button that closes it. The only flaw is the really long delivery time, but for such beautiful items I can wait!

Bel sito, prodotti buoni.
