Completely negative. They are a scam website using photos from other genuine websites. The products they send are of the lowest quality imaginable from China. You are then offered a token refund to keep the items. But the product I received wasn’t worth keeping. So I had to return the item to China using tracking delivery, the item has been at the return address for 3 weeks but they still won’t refund my money. It cost a further £7 through Evra for tracking delivery.

I don't recommend this company. Returning items is a hassle. They give ridiculous coupons instead of refunding your money. Don't order anything from them.

Avoid……Incorrect item sent. Despite acknowledging this and the poor quality customer services continue to try and refuse a refund and only provide store credit.

The sandals we bought didn’t match the description or image on the website. Have been trying to contact several times to arrange a refund, but no reply. Likely a fly-by-night operation.

This is the way this Katherine playing with people. I really trying to take my refund money. I'm really helpless and tired keep emailing. Because she telling me something's.

Scam company - advertising as London based and easy returns but took 2.5 weeks to arrive from China. Easy returns means "email us and we will spend 4 weeks trying to convince you we are doing you a favour by keeping your money". I didn't receive the items at all and they took 4 weeks to NOT find them. One minute they would personally see to it, the next minute (one week of emails later) it was referred to 4 different departments. They would have been able to see immediately where it had been shipped to. Time wasters. They agreed to refund me but 2 weeks after that still no refund claiming they are unable and its my bank's fault somehow (it's not). Their emails are full of friendly customer service words (is it in fact AI?) but they do not act. After 6 weeks of ordering I have resorted to a credit card chargeback and they can deal with AMEX instead. I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. AVOID. Absolute con and bordering on fraud in my opinion!

Do NOT buy from this company.
As others have said , goods are poor quality and take ages to come from China.
The seller makes it impossible to return faulty /wrong item goods .
Avoid at all costs !.
This is like buying from Shein but 3x the cost and trouble.

Goods received made out of poor quality material and not resembling the photographs. Sent goods back but was given address in China even though there is no reference to China on their website. This is not a trouble free returns service within the UK as advertised on their website.

I wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order. I'd be angrier if I wasn't laughing at just how BAD this suit is! 100% polyester marketed as "woven linen" and took about 3 weeks to arrive from mainland China, so was definitely not "shipped within 24 hours" as the website states. Total scam. I've raised a dispute directly with my bank rather than arguing with the seller for a refund.

The product that arrived did not resemble what was pictured in the slightest.
The quality was very flimsy and poor and very synthetic feeling. Definitely did not appear to be the thick breathable cotton that was advertised and the returns policy is expensive and they are reluctant to follow this course of action.

The item was described as linen, but was 100% polyester when arrived. Refusing to refund me even though there own policy say they will do free shipping refunds for defective or incorrect items.Do not use them!!!

I ordered a blazer from this website. Turns out it is another one of those cheap, knock-off terrible quality shops from outside the UK. Literally looks nothing like the advertised product, which was AI generated anyway.

I bought a shirt for a wedding night do. Looked very smart on their website, but what arrived is the worst shirt I have ever seen. Rubbish from china. Don’t use, I am now going to try and get my money back but not hopeful.

Do not buy from this company they do not allow you to return and claim not to get your details due to computer errors

Scam Company

Ordered a smart blazer.
Sent me a load of rubbish from China

Ordered one thing just to test the store. Ended up placing anther order a few days later. Really happy with the quality.

Do not buy from this scam company. They market themselves as European but they’re Chinese.
I ordered a blazer/jacket from them which looked smart, stylish and good quality in their website. When it arrived over 10 days later it was absolutely nothing like the jacket on the website. The quality was extremely poor! The material was very cheap, the design was atrocious, there were no labels. I literally wouldn’t wear it if someone paid me.
When I contacted them to ask for a refund they strongly resisted. In their first response, they fobbed off my refund request, told me that I’d have to pay shipping costs if I returned it, and offered me 50% off if I made another purchase from them. Despite me making it clear that I was returning it for the reasons I mentioned above, their email apologised for the ‘sizing’ issue.
I rejected their offer and they came back with another offer for a partial refund which I rejected. They then offered a 70% refund which I rejected. I eventually(after 4 or 5 emails) got a full refund. They told me to keep the jacket and dispose of it i wished.
This company should be reported to Trading Standards
