Faulty items and nobody cares
Faulty items and nobody cares. They suggest procedures that aren't compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act, such as charging 20% to return faulty items within 30 days. They say we can repair but they never get back to you. No customer service. The corporate Istikbal headquarters export department didn't get back to us, either. I am stuck with a faulty bed and sofa. No remedy offered. Going down the legal route as they left me no choice.

Thank you for your review. In response to your review, we want to address the concerns raised regarding our policies and service.
Our policy clearly states: "If there is an issue related to a faulty product, the part will be either repaired or replaced as soon as possible. However, the remaining balance is needed to be paid in full." Per our warranty terms, this clause demonstrates our commitment to promptly and effectively resolving any issues with faulty items. Still, if it was the customer's fault, as was the case, the customer is responsible for payment. This doesn't go against the Consumer Rights Act, as there are exceptions depending on the circumstances and the specific terms and conditions of the purchase agreement (like these).
It's always a good idea for consumers to familiarize themselves with their rights under consumer protection laws and to contact relevant consumer rights organizations or seek legal advice if they believe their rights have been violated.
We assure you that we take our customers' satisfaction seriously and always try to work with them to find a satisfactory solution. We remain committed to resolving issues following our warranty terms and the Consumer Rights Act.

Scam Istikbal Furnite
I ordered sofa and king size bed. When I was ordering they asked me if they building have lift. I said yes there are two lifts and I think sofa and bed can be carried in the lift. However sofa and bed did not fit in the lift and they told we cannot carry it to 8th floor. I told them my flat is on 8th floor before I ordered. They never told me to measure lift size and if items do not fit lift, we can’t carry them with stairs. They never informed me about this. To carry and setup the sofa and bed, they wanted £350 more and I had to pay. This company literally stole the money from me by lack of information and asking money for carrying items which I already paid. They are scammers and I will mention this every platform until they refund my money. They did not inform me anything and they asked money for their job I already paid for

Good Afternoon Halid,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the delivery of your product. We want to clarify a few points regarding the situation.
Firstly, as stated in our terms and conditions (3rd term in the T&C), the customer is responsible for taking measurements to deliver the product. We want to address the fact that delivery to the 8th floor of a flat can be tiring for our delivery team, who must carry the (heavy) products up and down multiple times.
Secondly, we did not request payment from you regarding our delivery team carrying the products to the 8th floor. We offered to take the products back and suggested that you arrange for extra people to help lift the items to the 8th floor, as additional workforce is required for such a task.
However, you expressed your willingness to pay £100-£200 for our delivery team to bring the products to the 8th floor despite our repeated insistence that we are not charging any additional payment. You eventually arranged a separate agreement with our delivery team and paid £350 for the goods to be carried, which is between you and them and does not involve our company in any way.
We assure you that we take our customers' satisfaction seriously and always try to work with them to find a satisfactory solution.
