Celal and Serdal were absolutely fantastic during my sofa delivery. The sofa was extremely difficult to get upstairs and impossible to fit into the lift, but they handled the whole situation with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. They worked hard to find a solution, were careful with the furniture and the building, and stayed friendly throughout what could have been a very stressful delivery. Really impressed by their effort and customer service. Thank you both!

My experience was generally positive, which is why I gave 4 stars. The communication from the service team was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and kept me well informed throughout the process.

However, the quality of the sofa bed I received was disappointing. You can clearly feel the springs and the internal frame, which makes it uncomfortable. There are also visible stitching and fabric defects, and the stitching has already started to come apart even though I’ve only had it for one month.

Overall, the company is doing very well in terms of customer service, but there is definitely room for improvement in product quality and quality control.

The delivery team were brilliant and very helpful. They had amazing communication as well as being careful when carrying the furniture. I would want to thank Mr. Celal and Serdar for their service.

Please think twice before buying from İstikbal UK. What feels perfect in-store may turn into months of pain and frustration once delivered — and the company won’t lift a finger to help.

I bought a mattress after testing it in-store, where staff confidently promised it would match the showroom model and “soften with use.” What I received was rock-hard, uncomfortable, and has stayed that way ever since.

When I raised my concerns, I was met with robotic replies, scripted policies, and zero empathy. No refund. No exchange. No accountability. Just repeated references to their internal terms, ignoring the actual problem: the product wasn’t as described, and I was misled.

If you’re considering İstikbal, ask yourself:
❌ Will they help if something goes wrong?
❌ Do they care about customer comfort after they take your money?
❌ Can you trust their in-store promises?

For me, the answer to all three was a clear no. Disappointed is an understatement

Actually I would like to give 5 star however they have arrived late even though they said to me that they would attend between 9-2 but unfortunately they have arrived at 4:00pm.

They have done a great job.

I bought few months ago sofa-bed I already called few times for service to them to come and fix it. I AM STUCK WITH FAULTY SOFABED. Keep trying to waste my time no good customer service relationship or care!
Probably will going down legal route like many others they left me no choice either! NOT RECOMMENDED

As a Turkish citizen living in London, when I decided to buy new a bed and mattress for my home, I directly went to Istikbal Bedding in Harringay; a brand of my country. I purchased a double ottoman bed and mattress from Istikbal 14 months ago. Last weekend, while using the ottoman storage feature, I raised the metal base and locked it with the provided plastic red component. Shockingly, the metal base cracked and bent while in the locked position, posing a serious safety risk—it could have fallen on me.

When I contacted Istikbal, they dismissed my concerns, stating it was my fault and that their warranty only lasts one year. They offered to replace the metal base for £100 as a "goodwill gesture" (instead of £250), which I find unacceptable. A bed should not break within 14 months, and this raises major concerns about its durability and safety.

I expect Istikbal to take responsibility by recalling the faulty bed and providing a full refund, as no customer should have to pay for a structural failure that could have caused injury. Given the safety risk, I will be reporting this issue to Trading Standards and pursuing a claim via the Small Claims Court if they don't address my complaint.

Moreover, the branch manager who called me regarding my complaint accused me of attempting to return the product by threatening to post my complaint online. As a customer, I have every right to share my honest review with the public. Their calls are recorded, so this claim should be on record—unless they have chosen to delete it.

I do not recommend Istikbal due to their poor product quality, lack of accountability for safety defects and terrible customer service. Buyers, beware.

The products I purchased arrived last week. We placed order 2 months ago. Interior designer Mr Murat made us a 3d drawing. The products arrived exactly as we wanted. We are very pleased and I recommend them to everyone. I especially recommend that you see the products in 3d at home before purchasing them

horrible experience, I bought a bunk bed and one piece is broken. I have called them several times to get this sorted but they keep delaying it or avoiding calls. horrible customer service! unacceptable.

We purchased king size bed and two single size beds and a two seater sofa. Excellent service and quick delivery to Birmingham within less than a week. Muharrem is the man behind this cool business...

the furniture quality is to a good standard, and mattresses are quite comfortable especially for king size.

We purchased a mattress and a base from this company. The mattress we received turned out to be faulty, so we returned it. The main manufacturer in Turkey claimed it was a factory defect. However, they did not honor the gift voucher they provided us. Definitely stay away; it poses a risk of losing your money.
