While travelling in 3AC
While travelling in 3AC, we had booked our tickets two months in advance. However, our tickets were not confirmed, even though we were on Waiting List 1 from the day of booking. When the booking window opened, only one of our tickets got confirmed. Upon enquiring at the ticket booking counter, we were advised to purchase general tickets, which we did.
Later, the TTE informed us that we could travel in AC since one of our tickets was confirmed, and as a result, our general tickets went to waste. Despite this, our money for the general tickets was not refunded, and we were not issued any additional tickets. We travelled with just one confirmed ticket for a 33-hour journey.
It was disappointing to see that tickets were being confirmed for other passengers who boarded later and had shorter journeys, while our tickets remained unconfirmed despite being on Waiting List 1. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience after booking our tickets on the very first day of the release.

Train no.12716 is delayed by 3 hours at Agra Cantt on 22-09-2025.
There are so many issues because of such huge delayed
1. Food ordered . But train delayed by 3 hours
2. Further tour plan is for meeting but time lapsed all arrangements are failed
3. To attend Function. But Train is delayed so all decoration and sitting arrangement expenses are waste.
4. Exam scheduled will not be re-arranged .
5. Interview appointment LOST will not be recovered by IRCTC
6. Connectivity flight scheduled get cancelled due to delayed. Cancellation of flight amount may not get from Airline Company and IRCTC will not help to get back the flight cancellation amount from Airline Company.
7. THERE ARE SO MANY ISSUES WHICH ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN MONEY.

I tried for diwali reservation for Garibrath train(ngp yo pune). From 8 AM to 8:07 AM, I tried thrice to book ticket. Each time I got same error that "Unable to perform transaction due to internal error". If same error coming to everyone then how all seats are getting booked and why error comes for critical train booking?
