The changes done in the website was being done to stop agents book fake tickets but now the genuine tickets are not getting booked also.

The situation has worsened. We are unable to travel home even on important occasions because getting tickets is extremely difficult every time. Since the app is the only booking source, the government must upgrade the system to ensure tickets are easily accessible to everyone.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Money was deducted from my account, but the booking was never completed. On top of that, the website constantly shows “incorrect password” even after resetting and changing the password multiple times. The whole process is frustrating and unreliable. The website needs a lot of improvement in terms of functionality and user experience. Extremely irritating and a waste of time. Would not recommend until these issues are fixed.

Me and my family reached on time at station but still that time we don't have any update. After reaching at station we got announcement about delayed. Me and my family waiting at platform couse my mother can't walk properly so we could do up down from hone again.

Even the official app doesn’t work properly. I missed my train tickets 2 times, it was urgent and i missed it becoz it couldn’t take the load somehow.

What the hell service you r providing you charge taxes extra amount for maintainance what kind of maintenance it is provided to us. train is late for 4-5 hrs and no service is available for dorematiry option or waiting room is full of people, dustbins r open kept there. Who is responsible for this .. always hell in all services whether it is about train delays , washroom, waiting room or this hell IRCTC app and booking tatkal every thing is running by irresponsible people.

We booked a train from Trichy-Chennai, Tamil Nādu. We booked for two seats and IRCTC gave us 1 seat. Now what would you do if you were IRCTC? Well, you would give the fare of the other seat, right? Well, IRCTC did NONE of that. ONE thing which was very happy and angry at was when we boarded the train, the train coach was with many vacant seats which was happy. But IRCTC did not book any of those seats which was really angry. Maybe it was for other passengers. Even so, the TTR saw an empty seat and allocated. Next time, you must check for vacant seats.

Actually I was traveling into train name nandigram express! From ch.sambhajibnagar to Mumbai (dadar-station) so the main consen is the train is already late for time 1 hr 30 minimum and after twe started to travaling at the time on per city station train waiting time is 15-20 min and so so far ! Also the train reach Time to Mumbai is 5am and the train reach at the destination at the time of 8 amIn this suffere I fell very bad travaling In this train I just say to all the sir , officers please be postive at the train time and I'm giving 0% rating for this train And I'm just say Please request you all the travaling passenger do not choose this train ( nandigram express) to travaling...

After booking 3 tickets struggled so much because seats were alloted in two separate coaches by departing mon in one coach and 5 year daughter in one coach can't leave the baby girl to seat in other coach no one were ready to compromise struggled so much by having 2 babies and 1 ,5 year child very disappointed 😞

Waste irctc is now for agents booking..normally using id password we are not able to book tickets ..even if we book in waiting list 10 it will not be confirmed..not able to book tatkal also.. unnecessary cancellation fees even the ticket not confirmed.. previously irctc was very friendly..now total waste..
