This is the worst car rental company I have ever experienced. They are only renting the car as they wish with the pick up location as they like. They don't care about their customers at all. If you have any questions, you cannot find any phone number or point of contact to get back to them. They forced me to pick up the car from a location where I would never go for any business. The car was also awful. Please consider this review seriously.

So bad 👎 this is 2025 please don't risk your money am regretting imagine my package was for 2month i returned there car back till now am paying more money

Terrible company . Took me 6 weeks to obtain a refund for money they stole from my credit card to pay another vehicles tolls and fines ! They had the audacity to offer as compensation 50 AED voucher .
Will never use again and I suggest no one else should .
They responded 1 year later 😂😂😂 useless

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! The first car was delivered to me absolutely stunk like damp and an ashtray! Nobody answers the phone! Talking to them via email was like pulling teeth. When I told them about the smell I was asked for a picture so they can “escalate” my claim I’m still waiting for someone to let me know how I take a photo of a smell. They eventually replace the car with one that smells even worse, clearly badly damaged in the floods, resulting in me, my hair, my bag and anything else I put in the car to stink! Third car after two weeks of losing my mind going back and forth smells like a wet dog. I told the delivery man I do not accept the car take it back he said “ok I leave car” I again said “no take the car” he said “bye” and left! I’m honestly speechless and infuriated!

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE Staff, it's like talking to a brick wall, bunch of lemons the whole lot of them, I won't be using these lot anymore.

I booked a car for subscription then on app it says it's ready for collection, when I got to the place I waited 45mins and then to be told no vehicle here.

I contacted their customer service no sympathy and all I was told that they cannot do anything just rebook it.

When I rebooked it I went to the company again and then to be told when collecting that no vehicle is available, no sympathy from invygo. Wont be using them again. The staff are not trained professionally and don't understand how to deal with staff.
