Abysmal
Driver completely ignores delivery instructions of "THE SAFE PLACE" and dumps my parcels at the front door like rubbish. Waste of time putting instructions and even giving feedback via the Evri app to rate the driver as it's the same old each time. Puts me off ordering from online retailers that use this shambles of a delivery service. Not even worth one star, more like ZERO! FYI the creepy hand and my drive is not sufficient proof of delivery!

Just had email saying my parcel has been delayed until tomorrow if lucky! I paid for next day delivery £5.99 in good faith for my Newlook order.

On Wednesday 20th of August I was expecting two drops on arrival. They were delivering out of a car two Indian men one wearing a white turban. They delivered the fence paint they took a photo and they spoke to myself regarding the next package quoting it’s too big for the car and will deliver tomorrow. This was on the 20th of August. It said on tracking failed delivery and will re-deliver on the 21st the next day this never happened so I contact the seller they basically said not to worry the tracking was continuously saying out for delivery anyway bank holiday came and went still no delivery contact the seller again they informed me they have been in touch with evri and to expect within the next few days again no delivery tracking continuously Saying out for delivery this has been approximately two weeks. I’ve been consistently communicating with seller and then my alarm bell started ringing when I looked at tracking again it’s been changed on the date of failed delivery and new date was set for the next day as being the 21st But what they done they added that on the 20th. They made a delivery at 8 pm. This never happened why would they supposedly make a return delivery on the delivery date? When quoting on tracking that they will re-deliver the next day? This isn’t right I’m believing that they stole my item.

I don’t understand what’s happened to this company … I knew it was rocky at best … there’s no way to contact - had a parcel returned to sender 5 days ago and I can’t trace it - no email option, the chat bot is nonsense loop, the call option is an unresponsive voicemail - it’s gone from bad to worse .. avoid at all costs - disgusting way to treat people desperate to know where their precious belongings are - what am I supposed to do? It’s so wrong that this company exists treating paying customers like this

Quite simply the worst delivery company in the world, they pay 35p for a courier to deliver your parcels, and they drop it bloody anywhere, take a photo and say it's delivered , you ring EVRI and they don't give a monkies, quite simply why eBay

Absolutely terrible over 2 weeks to deliver a parcel! I'm stuck in a loop with a ebay return that I can't get refunded on till it gets delivered can't get eBay to step in till it's been delivered either, might have to get my bank involved to get a refund!
Something gone wrong in the last month for me?
From about early June the evri delivery service(Van08 in Northumberland area) has been subject to long delays. Ive ordered a few thing from eBay and dates are as follows:-
Order date: 11 Jun, 2025 - delivered 2 Jul 2025.
Order date: 24 Jun, 2025 - still waiting as of 17 Jul
Order date: 12 Jul, 2025 - still waiting as of 17 Jul
It can't just be my deliveries other folks must be impacted also. If there are long delays Evri should tell me. I could understand if there had been a fire in the local warehouse etc. Just stating my delivery is subject to delays please wait 24 hours is worrying!!!!

EVRI Customer Service and chatbot systems are a complete waste of time - I have been trying the 03308085456 for a few weeks and basically go round in circles - I enter the package number and it cannot find it (entered in full as well as 8 & 10 numbers)
The item has failed to be delivered to USA address - I cannot find any way to report the loss and to start a claim,
I know it got to the Basildon Fulfillment Centre (cannot find a way to contact that location either)
I have even sent an email to EVRI CEO - no answer from him either.

I’ve sent two parcels to Australia from S Wales recently and both got there in a week. I was pleasantly surprised as Royal Mail often seems to lose my parcels for weeks though I’ve not actually lost one forever… yet. I used Evri because the post office person suggested it, had I read the reviews I might not have, however, my parcels did not contain high value items so worth the risk. I’ll no doubt use them again because I’ve had two successful experiences. Just thought I’d offer a good review as it was good for me.

Evri and sports direct have a major tarrif and taxes scam ongoing now for your customer convenience. I bought 4 Everlast shorts for 61 bucks plus 12.99 tax & shipping. only to be notified by Evri that they have received my order and are waiting for me to pay 50 bucks more on taxes & tarrifs. SCAM and those Everlast shorts were discontinued a decade ago. So sports direct is selling knock offs! along with screwing customers for tarrifs and more taxes. oh and I will received my shirts by October LMAO!

Today is Tuesday, ~1520. The last update they provided was 0319 Saturday - 3 1/2 days ago. It's impossible to talk to a human on their phone lines. This wouldn't be a problem, except... THEY DON'T DELIVER!

They don't turn up when booked, today a man came for a collection they had failed to collect twice so I rebooked with Royal Mail who collected yesterday. Evri arrived with no booking today, 8:15am, walked past the external post point, came through two gates, around the back of my house, then walked into my house, into my conservatory!!!! It's literal trespass. My dogs were going mental, I was in bed, went to see why the dogs were going crazy and there's a man entering my home. Saying he has come to collect a parcel he should've got yesterday. It was never booked for yesterday, the two failed ones were last week. I have a front door he could've knocked on, going through two gates and opening a door into someones home, sending dogs crazy, the guy is unfit to work. I'm furious. I have had multiple issues with evri Carlisle but this is the worst yet. I'm no longer ordering from Next so I don't have to deal with home invasion.
