I've been pleasantly surprised when more urgent matters (in my opinion) have been dealt with out of typical normal working hours, to the credit of the diligent team members at Intercity, and it's refreshing to feel like team members genuinely want to help and get matters resolved at the earliest opportunity, but are happy to work around you.
I've also been following them on Linkedin and am impressed with the types of posts/activities Intercity are involved with both specifically in the world of 'IT' but also in recognising team members for their achievements and rewarding them appropriately. At all levels of the business, it's clear to see the pride they have in working hard for their customers
Lot of improvement needed
Support has fallen off a cliff since the only person who would help us left. The staff are arrogant and don’t seem to know what they are doing, terrible company who have made me miss our old provider, didn’t think you could get much worse :(

Excellent Service
We have used Intercity to look after our mobile contract for the last 4 years and they have been fantastic. Getting us great deals on contracts and the customer support is fantastic. As a smaller organisation we currently would not consider going back to dealing with the big network providers directly as they just don't care.

Awful organisation
Awful organisation, their customer service is diabolical, it takes months to get a response and have to chase and chase for a reply. Be careful when you try and terminate the agreement they are not clear and transparent.

Intercity communications customer service is diabolical. Cannot get a return call to even complain. It feels as if all the service staff are working from home. It is not helping their business one bit!
