I asked for help and informations multiple times via email, and I've received it. The person that answered to all of my questions was really sweet.

They didn't return my security deposit. I was deceived and forced to pay 75 Euros water bills for one month, while I was regularly paying just 20 Euros in previous months. Violating the room contract, they made me pay 20 Euros extra for room cleaning service. The water bills must have been tampered.

Very easy to to book a room for my exchange. In 2 days everything was ready and my reservation was confirmed. Good communication. Other places takes weeks with bad communication. And then nothing to show for. I am really happy with interasmundo.
