Roomservices have a terrible booking…
Roomservices have a terrible booking system. When you have booked, you wont receive a receipt for your booking. Not only that, if you request a receipt of the transaction, they are not able to produce one. I rented an apartment in Estepona for approx 2 weeks in March 2026 for the amount of 1.550€. I have still not received any receipt, even after requesting a receipt on WhatsApp more than 3 times. It has now been more than a month since I stayed there, and still no receipt. Why do I want a receipt? Because my insurance company wants it.
And not to mention that the announced elevator for the apartment didn't work.
- Did anyone do anything with it?
- Did we get a compensation?
No.
This is probably the last time I stay with RoomService :(
