I have recently joined and have not received any product yet I found the staff very friendly and helpful

Since I started using the services of Integro I felt they have listened and focused more on what will truly help me. For a long time I've had issues and finally found a way of managing my conditions. Truly grateful to have the help I'm receiving to help me cope with daily life.

Had a problem with my prescription. Medicine has been discontinued (name changed) so I had to get a new prescription.

Jemma and Cheryl (apologies if spelling is wrong) got my replacement prescription sent over the same day! You’re both Amazing thank you!

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Singh. I have been bouncing around various NHS mental health services for years with severe depression - which I now believe to be ADHD... (the NHS is full of wonderful people but so underfunded after the last 14 years)
Dr. Singh took great care to listen, and I felt heard and taken seriously. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the complexities of mental health and neurodiversity and I have every faith in his amazing expertise, combined with his appreciation of my lived experience.
He prescribed me a selection of flower which took a while to have an impact but he stuck with me through it all. Six months after my first prescription, I have reduced my antidepressants to a quarter of the dose I have been on for so long. My life has been changed forever, I am more focused, less overwhelmed, more in control of my thoughts and I'm on the path to a calm and happy life.
If you qualify to see Dr. Singh via Inegro - and are able to find the funds - then I would strongly encourage you to do so. I have rediscovered joy, and could not have done this without Dr. Singh and his wonderful team at my side. Thank you to Nurse Marco and Nurse James too.
