Overpriced and spam calls
The insurance is overpriced. I did not like that they called me after I hadn’t finished the application. I had not consented to them calling me and it felt like a spam call.

Very satisfied
I have been with Insurance House for many years now and always find them easy to deal with. At this point it's just a renewal but the reminder comes with plenty of notice and time to action.

I feel as a speech pathologist, it would be beneficial to receive a newsletter giving information related to Prof.Ind.Insurance. More info related what's a clinician to be aware of and write up on more about what's covered like service provided, equipment used, loss of equipment, termination of service with no reason given, service contracts, etc
