Purchased full set of covers for Layz Spa Miami. Excellent quality and very quick delivery.

Purchased a hot tub lid in November 2020 and since then have been sent 2 replacements due to the supposedly waterproof lid letting rainwater in and soaking the insulated material , making into a big heavy mess . Customer service was prompt but the latest replacement I have been sent comes with a 6 month warranty ; don’t trust water problem won’t happen again and £150 is a lot for a lid which will barely last a year ! Also doesn’t fit properly over the hot tub , the iron frame makes it too small leaving gaps in the side .

Great product great service does exactly what it is supposed to great all round service

I was apprehensive committing to another expense for our new hot tub, however I am pleased to say that I am delighted with both the pump & spa cover. The pump cover reduces the sound as well as weather proofing. The spa cover catches all the debris from trees etc, no more debris falling in when removing the cover, keeps the temperature levels at a steady 35’ when pump is reduced to 32. Highly recommend these products!

This really helps with keeping the temp up. We’re losing only 1 degree overnight with heater and pump off but it’s such a hassle getting the cover on. We have to pull the thermal wrap down in order to find the clips on the tub

Excellent and quick service and delivery. I brought the Lay-z spa Maldives jacket and insulation lid and wow the quality seems brilliant so far and nice thick insulation. Not cheap but you get what you pay for here. Thanks.

I bought a cwtchy cover for my lazy spa Vegas, not only has it enhanced the appearance, but we are seeing a difference in running costs already, would definitely recommend, great price and customer service. Thanks

I was promised next day delivery and three days later still waiting.

I did call for an update, kept getting an answer phone, so I left a message with my contact detail. Not a Dicky Bird.

Thermal Insulation Cover for Lazy Spa St Lucia.

Absolutely over the moon with it, fits perfectly and reduces the running cost of the tub.

Excellent Customer Service, Speedy delivery. I highly recommend.

Thank you so much . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered A Cover Jacket for my Lazy-z-spa Helsinki Hot Tub - fantastic service from the team , really helpful and delivery was fast and efficent... After fitting the Cover Jacket it can already see the difference in retaining the temperature as it only drops 1/2 degrees as to without the jacket it was dropping 10/12 degress.

Im In the middle of buying insulation for my inflatable hotub and whilst there are a few challenges around sizing which to be fair is tricky due to the liner expanding over time which. ours has a lot, this company are totally listening and committed to finding a solution. Having chatted to various people including the owner (I think?) they really do care about getting it right for every customer. Whilst I'm not quite there, I'm happy I will be. In terms of the product, whilst not cheap, it's well worth it. I have a smart plug which monitors kwh. I've seen around a 2kwh drop a day with the outerjacket and another 1-2 with the lid so yes it is very effective. Especially the lid which i thought was overkill as it never felt like it lost heat due to the inflatable disc. I was very wrong. Its really warm when you put your hand underneath. Quality is spot on and probably overkill which is nice to see given all the cheap imported rubbish that is freely available. Really friendly staff and always helpful. 👍👌

Been researching on what thermal cover was best for our needs. Came across insulation and more and it fitted with our requirements.
Leave on 24/7, reduce running costs. Look good. Waterproof and protect from uv and cats foxes etc. Access tub easily for chemical adding etc.
It's perfect just fit and leave.

My first communication was via email, I received a very prompt reply with all the information I needed to make a purchase from Gemma. She was helpful, friendly and provided professional customer service. I would recommend the company. We have applied two of the jackets to the layzspa , although our spa was already erected and filled so will have to wait until we refill before applying the lid safely and securely, although it looks straight forward from the included instructions.

A really great company to buy from , nothing is to much trouble and their hot tub insulation covers are fantastic .

Found these covers following a Google search and really pleased that we ordered them. They are pricey initially, but having use them for a few weeks now, I think that they will save us on running costs in the long term.
Usually without the covers in place we were losing 6 to 10°c overnight.
Using the covers only dropping on average 2 to 4°c from one daily use to the next. In fact last Sunday we never had to use the heater at all , it was still at 36°c from Saturday evening. Down from a starting temperature on Saturday of 38°c.
The quality is there and they are a really good fit.
We initially bought the main side surround and the top cover, but are looking to buy the pump cover too shortly.
Not using the metal cross supports as the original top cover is perfectly supportive enough. Maybe delete that or make it an option.
These seem to be popular recently as the delivery time from order to receiving was longer than stated on the website. Believe that they have changed that now. Would have been nice to have known that, instead of just having wait for the delivery to turn up.
The covers arrive in large plain cardboard boxes.
Would have liked to have a storage bag/s to place them in when not in use. Maybe something for the future perhaps.
Other than that, as stated very pleased with performance, style and function of these covers.

Excellent after customer care, very helpful and a good quality product supplied.

Great product to insulate the hot tub, massively reduces the electric bill. Got the jacket for the Maldives and the egg so will be tubbing all year round

Ordered the 2021 hot tub pump cover yesterday and received it today. Excellent customer service from Gemma. The quality of the pump cover is fabulous. Would definitely use this company again.
