Having made a complaint and written a previous review for Trustpilot, I was delighted when the proprietor telephoned me, apologising for having sent too little of the product External Use Armaflex Pipe Insulation (Black 2m). The member of staff had been off sick, which explained the delay in dealing with my original contact to them. Not only did they refund the money for the product which was missing, they were also kind enough to provide me with 10 straps to secure the insulation material for free. Top marks for customer services. I will be delighted to return to your again when I have need of your products.

Quality gear, fast delivery… helpful on phone when discussing requirements ,will use again .

Quick efficient service. I would use this company for my next order.

Very efficient and friendly service. Jules and her colleague returned my calls when they said they would and turned my order around super quickly. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We purchased a hot tub insulated cover a year and a half ago and we the cover we bought deteriorated over winter, I contacted insulation and more about the cover, they told me they had improved the design since we purchased our cover and would send us a new one out! I was dealing with a really lovely lady called Karen who is a real credit to insulation and more. Thank you for the exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend this company’s

Excellent quality, and delivery, I bought the insulation side and pump covers for my lazy spa vagas, has made a big positive impact on the running cost. Using the tub on a frosty evening and using the bubbles, the water temperature did not drop below 38 degrees, the temp outside was 0 degrees, (my tub is covered by a gazebo so has a bit of protection from the elements). I will be buying the lid cover next and would definitely recommend the product and company.

Have had this cover for my hot pump since I got it in November , good quality, fast delivery and no issues more than happy with all aspects with this company would use again

Have used this company for ages - always fast delivery and cost effective - bought some 600mm ducting and other parts. Can't complain at all.

I brought the side panel thermal cover for my hot tub. It is excellent quality that will last for years and has saved me a small fortune in electric.

Great product, great service from the staff when discussing size required.

Unfortunately, they sent the incorrect cover and jacket for my hot tub but the return was free and reasonably smooth so no issue there. I did not reorder as the materials used are extremely strong and good quality which makes them quite heavy, too heavy for a disabled person to remove and replace on a daily basis. I hope this experience will encourage the company to inform buyers of the weight on the website.

Excellent company, the jacket was here before the expected date, excellent product, fitted my jacket on my hot tub really easy and have noticed a big difference on the electricity as well. Highly recommend.

Only just installed these but impressed with quality and finish, tub heat was turned off for 10 + hours and lost 1 degree in that time. Very hopeful these will make a big impact on running costs.

Product appears good. It is a little early to see if it has contributed to reduced bills, but the pump is warmer during cold days/evenings.
The walls of the jacket are tied to the pump using a cord and Velcro. The walls are shaped to sit over the pump valves that enter the hot tub. The lid is separate to the wrap around cover. I thought it was a zip mechanism rather than effectively a cushion which lies on the top.
Overall seems satisfactory but time will tell if it does reduce the bills other reviews have suggested.

Email correspondence very effective and prodduct arrived very quickly and fitment proved effortless.

The insulated cover is very good and what I expected. The only problem that I have is straps have to be put underneath the Spa to hold the top cover on. The Spa is full of water so a different method of securing the top needs to be given.
