Very poor communication, still awaiting a call from May 2024 where Mark text to say he will contact me and come out due to issues with leaking damp and mould. Have messaged and rang with no reply, looking at getting legal advice now as we paid £270000 for the work to be done started JULY 2022 and never finished. definitely not the standards we’d been originally given. We were promised he would always be available as there would be teething problems which he would put right but this has not happened. Totally unacceptable.

This company has left me with £3000 roof repair bill after promising for
18 months to fix the problem. The leaks...(it leaks ever time it rains) there only solution was to add in more tubes of silicone. After being ignored by mark and our problem caused buy the poor build. A independent roofer x 2 have quoted £3000 to remove all of the poor build and replace parts of the roof and poor construction. This new roof came with a promised and not received IWA and guarantee... mark is aware I'm having cancer treatment and up until March had promised to fix the issue. Now we are being ignored....

An excellent service from start to finish workmanship so high cannot fault... A great team and company standards so high

Just had the inside of our conservatory roof lined. We felt the benefit of that from day one. It felt warmer and we couldn't hear the noise of the heavy rain. It looks great and the work was carried out very professionally. Would highly recommend this company.

We had a new tiled conservatory roof fitted with velux window and have got to say Mark was brilliant from day one when he came and sealed everything off to stop as little dust as possible to his top workmanship throughout the job, nothing was too much trouble, so would highly recommend this company to anybody whose looking for a top class job, also a big thank you to Theresa who came round to price up the job,

Mark & his colleague came to replace my mums conservatory roof, converting it to a insulated light weight tilled roof from the original plastic Perspex one. It is a large L shape conservatory but didn’t put them off and they worked so so hard, nothing was too much trouble.
They explained everything to me & my mum each step of the way. And even fixed the guttering problem we had. Everything was done to the highest of standard’s and extremely professionally. Really friendly people and patient with my fussy mother! 😂
When they had finished you wouldn’t of even known they had been there! They tidied and cleaned up so well!

My garage roof was replaced by Insulate My Conservatory using Britmet materials and a superb job was made of it.
The building had some errors in its' construction but these were reviewed and corrections made to overcome the problems. It became very clear the the objective of the company was to get it right, no matter how long that took,
and for complete customer satisfaction.
This was very evident from Mark, who was the team leader, (and owner of the company), who is very polite and friendly. Mark carries out the surveys for all of the works taken on by the company so any future customers will certainly meet Mark.
I stress that this is a genuine review.

Mark, done a fantastic job with his fitting team the conservatory roof was somewhat a challenge which some companies turned down due to it being to much of a big job, The conservatory has a new lease of life which we can now use all year round, I shall definitely be recommending in he future!

Mark came round exactly when he said he would and gave us the best quote.We wanted to get our conservatory insulated as we have a kitten that likes to run from the lounge to the conservatory,we had to keep shutting the door because it was so cold,now the conservatory is insulated we can leave the door open and the conservatory stays at a nice temperature.I would definitely recommend Mark as he does a great job at a good price and very professional 👍

I don’t usually do this very often but on this occasion I’m going to endorse this company and it’s product. The guy who owns this company is someone I have gotten to know quiet well over the last couple of years.

His product and attention to detail is exemplary. He has gone that extra mile to make sure we, as his customer, are happy with our end product. Mark ensured his team completed the minor, but important extra work we had asked about related to some of the maintenance of the existing conservatory structure that just needed tidying up, at no extra cost.

I recommend that if you are looking to insulate or improve your conservatory roof to give him a call. Mark will produce for you a competitive price and provide great customer care, both pre, and post project.
